&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;HACE SABER: Que en virtud de proveído dictado en esta fecha en los autos número 1346/2010 se ha acordado citar a MANUEL LARA DELGADO, JUAN C. BLAZQUEZ HERRERO, LUIS ZAMORANO CASTRO, CITYMAR VACACIONES S.L., APARTAMENTOS S.L., CITYMAR OHTELES, LA NORIA DE SON POU SA y PUERTO TOYO SL como parte demandada por tener ignorado paradero para que comparezcan el próximo día 16 DE ABRIL DE 2013 A LAS 10, HORAS para asistir a los actos de conciliación y juicio en su caso, que tendrán lugar en este Juzgado de lo Social, sito en CARRETERA DE RONDA 120, PLTA 6 debiendo comparecer personalmente o por persona legalmente apoderada y con los medios d prueba de que intente valerse, con la advertencia de que es única convocatoria y que no se suspenderán por falta injustificada de asistencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Igualmente, se le cita para que en el mismo día y hora, la referida parte realice prueba de CONFESION JUDICIAL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se pone en conocimiento de dicha parte, que tiene a su disposición en la Secretaría de este Juzgado de lo Social copia de la demanda presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de citación a MANUEL LARA DELGADO, JUAN C. BLAZQUEZ HERRERO, LUIS ZAMORANO CASTRO, CITYMAR VACACIONES S.L., APARTAMENTOS S.L., CITYMAR HOTELES, LA NORIA DE SON POU SA y PUERTO TOYO SL. P J,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se expide la presente cédula de citación para su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia y para su colocación en el tablón de anuncios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
