    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Consejo ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Menorca de fecha 18/02/2013 aprobó los pliegos de cláusulas administrativas particulares y de prescripciones técnicas del contrato de explotación patrimonial del bar-cafetería de la estación de autobuses de Maó, por concurso, los cuales se exponen al público por un plazo de DIEZ (10) días contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB, al objeto de que las personas interesadas puedan examinarlo y presentar las reclamaciones que estimen convenientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="font-weight: normal; widows: 2; orphans: 2"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Simultáneamente se anuncia la licitación del contrato, si bien se aplazará la licitación así como el plazo para presentar proposiciones, en el supuesto que se formulen reclamaciones contra los mencionados pliegos, cuando resulte necesario para resolver la cuestión planteada. Todo esto de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 188 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
