&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conforme con lo dispuesto en el art. 188 de la Ley 20/2006 de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, el pliego de condiciones que ha de regir esta contratación, se expone al público, mediante el presente anuncio, durante el plazo de diez días naturales para que se puedan presentar reclamaciones. Este anuncio se simultanea con los anuncios de licitación, por lo que en el supuesto de presentarse reclamaciones se actuará conforme prevé el mencionado precepto legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Nocturno Carretera: 58.75 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Festivo Carretera: 58.75 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Diurno Urbano: 27.98 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Nocturno Urbano: 39.17 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f) Festivo Urbano: 39.17 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) Anulación de servicios: 20.00€. Si la anulación de los servicios se efectúa durante los primeros 5 minutos no tendrá coste.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Nocturno Carretera: 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Festivo Carretera: 10 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d) Diurno Urbano: 7 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e) Nocturno Urbano: 7 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f) Festivo Urbano: 7 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g) Anulación de servicios: 9 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Aspectos técnicos de la oferta. I entre ellos es consideren:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a.- Programa o proyecto de trabajo que propone el licitador para ejecutar el servicio hasta 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b.- Relación de medios técnicos y humanos que se adscriban al servicio hasta 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c.- Mejoras que tengan única y exclusivamente relación con el servicio: hasta 10 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.- Gastos de anuncios&lt;/strong&gt;: serán a cargo del adjudicatario hasta un máximo de 1.385 Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
