    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No habiendo podido notificar a las personas interesadas el acuerdo de iniciación de expedientes sancionadores por presuntas infracciones en materia de animales domésticos, en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el articulo 59.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, modificada por la Ley 4/119, Administrativo Común, se procede a la notificación, haciendo constar que los interesados disponen de un plazo de quince días hábiles, contando a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de esta notificación, para formular las alegaciones y presentar la documentación que estimen pertinente de acuerdo con lo que se prevé en el artículo 84 de la Ley 30/1992. Transcurrido este plazo sin formular alegaciones ni presentar documentación sobre el acuerdo de iniciación, este podrá considerarse como propuesta de resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
