    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;NOTIFICACIÓN DEL DECRETO FINAL DE EXPEDIENTES SANCIONADORES DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE INCA EN MATERIA DE ORDENANZAS MUNICIPALES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;La notificación hecha por correo certificado, con acuso de recibo, no ha tenido efecto o no se ha podido hacer efectiva, por ignorarse el domicilio o no haber encontrado al interesado que se relaciona, por lo cual se procede, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que prevén los artículos 59.5 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, se notifica a las personas relacionadas a continuación que les ha sido formulado el Decreto final de los expedientes sancionadores instruidos que se señalan en el anexo de este Edicto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="widows: 0; orphans: 0"&gt; &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Se notifica este acuerdo a la persona interesada, con la advertencia que pone fin a la vía administrativa y, por tanto, se podrá interponer potestativamente recurso de reposición ante este Ayuntamiento en el plazo de un mes o bien interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses, en ambos casos a contar desde el día siguiente de la presente publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;a) Si la sanción se publica entre los días 1 y 15 de cada mes, el pago habrá de realizarse desde la fecha de la notificación hasta el día 5 del mes siguiente o el inmediato hábil posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;b) Si la sanción se publica entre los días 16 y último de cada mes, el pago habrá de llevarse a cabo desde la notificación hasta el día 20 del mes siguiente o el inmediato hábil posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Una vez transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya efectuado el pago voluntario de la presente liquidación, por esta Corporación municipal se procederá al cobro de su importe por la vía de embargo y, si es el caso, al embargo de bienes y derechos que pertenecen a la persona obligada, en cantidad suficiente para cubrir el importe de esta liquidación y los recargos, los intereses y los costes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
