    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Iniciado el proceso de notificación a los trabajadores afectados por actas de liquidación mediante carta certificada con acuse de recibo y no habiendo podido ser llevado a efecto, según comunica el Servicio de Correos, se publica en el anexo I relación de los trabajadores interesados, a tenor de lo previsto en el apartado 4 del art. 59 de la Ley 30/92 de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de 26 de noviembre de 1992&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;.Los expedientes se encuentran a disposición de los trabajadores interesados en la sede de esta Inspección Provincial de Trabajo y Seguridad Social (C/ Miquel Capllonch, 12 de Palma) donde se les hará entrega de la copia literal del acta, cuya referencia se expresa en el anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra el acta podrán interponer reclamación respecto del periodo de tiempo o la base de cotización a que la liquidación se contrae ante el Jefe de la Unidad Especializada en el área de Seguridad Social, en el plazo de quince días contados a partir del día siguiente al de la presente publicación, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 31.2 de la Ley General de la Seguridad Social, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1994, de 20 de junio, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley General de la Seguridad Social,(BOE núm. 154 de 29 de junio). Una vez transcurrido dicho plazo, se proseguir la tramitación reglamentaria del expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Según lo dispuesto en el artículo 61 de la Ley 30/92, se publica únicamente una breve indicación del contenido del acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
