    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Con fecha 6 de octubre de 2012 se ha realizado un cruce de información del colectivo de beneficiarios de MUFACE con el de afiliados al Régimen General de la Seguridad Social en situación de alta y que reciben la asistencia sanitaria, y se ha detectado que existen unas personas cuyos datos de identificación coinciden con los de los beneficiarios que figuran detallados en el anexo adjunto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 15.2.c) del Reglamento General del Mutualismo Administrativo, aprobado por Real Decreto 375/2003, de 28 de marzo, uno de los requisitos que deben poseer los familiares y asimilados del mutualista para obtener la condición de beneficiario, mediante su inclusión en el documento de afiliación del mutualista, es “No estar protegidos, por título distinto, a través de cualquiera de los Regímenes que integran el sistema español de la Seguridad Social con una extensión y contenido análogos a los establecidos en el Régimen General”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que, según los datos derivados del indicado cruce, dicho requisito no se da en el/los beneficiario/s indicado/s, procede dictar acuerdo de baja en MUFACE, salvo que acrediten documentalmente la no duplicidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Practicada la notificación a los interesados en los domicilios que obran en la Base de Datos de MUFACE, el Servicio de Correos ha devuelto las comunicaciones. Por lo tanto, se hace preciso notificar al/los mismo/s dicha comunicación, así como a aquellos otros que estando en la misma situación, no ha sido posible enviarles la notificación por desconocer esta Mutualidad sus domicilios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En consecuencia, y de acuerdo con el artículo 59 de la Ley 30/1992, se comunica a los interesados a través de esta publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma que, si transcurrido el plazo de diez días a partir de esta notificación, no acreditan documentalmente la no duplicidad, ante este Servicio Provincial, sus beneficiarios causarán baja en esta Mutualidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra este Acuerdo, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse recurso de alzada ante el Ministro de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas en el plazo de un mes, que se contará a partir de finalizado el plazo más arriba señalado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los interesados cuyos beneficiarios causen baja en MUFACE al amparo del presente Acuerdo deberán dirigirse a su Servicio Provincial correspondiente para la obtención de su nueva tarjeta de afiliación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
