&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento EJECUCION DE TITULOS JUDICIALES 0000002 /2013 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª JOSE MIGUEL MONZO HIDALGO, LUIS MIGUEL ALONSO RUIZ , JESUALDO CREVILLEN ALCOLEA&amp;nbsp; contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; VIDROTEC BALEAR SL, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;SSª&lt;/strong&gt; por ante mí el Secretario &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVE:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1º &lt;/strong&gt;Declarar extinguida la relación laboral que unía a JOSE MIGUEL MONZO HIDALGO, LUIS MIGUEL ALONSO RUIZ Y JESUALDO CREVILLÉN ALCOLEA&amp;nbsp;con VIDROTEC BALEAR SL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2º &lt;/strong&gt;Acordar que se abone al trabajador &lt;strong&gt;JOSÉ MIGUEL MONZO&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;HIDALGO&lt;/strong&gt; la indemnización de &lt;strong&gt;16.893,45&lt;/strong&gt; euros así como los salarios de tramitación dejados de percibir que hasta la fecha de la presente resolución se cuantifican en&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;23.251,20&lt;/strong&gt; euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Al trabajador &lt;strong&gt;LUIS MIGUEL ALONSO RUIZ&lt;/strong&gt; la indemnización de &lt;strong&gt;10.795,68&lt;/strong&gt; euros así como los salarios de tramitación dejados de percibir que hasta la fecha de la presente resolución se cuantifican en &lt;strong&gt;21.934,08 &lt;/strong&gt;euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Al trabajador &lt;strong&gt;JESUALDO CREVILLÉN ALCOLEA&lt;/strong&gt; la indemnización de &lt;strong&gt;24.265,04&lt;/strong&gt; euros así como los salarios de tramitación dejados de percibir que hasta la fecha de la presente resolución se cuantifican en &lt;strong&gt;22.162,56&lt;/strong&gt; euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3º &lt;/strong&gt;Adviértase al empresario condenado que deberá mantener en alta y con cotización a la Seguridad Social al trabajador hasta el día de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNARLA: mediante recurso de reposición a presentar en este Juzgado dentro de los tres DIAS hábiles siguientes al de recibirla, cuya sola interposición no suspenderá la ejecutividad de lo que se acuerda (artículo 186 LJS de la LJS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así, por este Auto, lo pronuncia, manda y firma, el/la Iltmo. Sr. Magistrado - Juez D. ELENA LILLO PASTOR. Doy fe &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a&amp;nbsp; VIDROTEC BALEAR SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
