&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANUNCIO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el presente procedimiento&amp;nbsp; seguido a instancia de VENANCIO MAYO ALVAREZ frente a BERNARDO DURAN OLIVER Y HERENCIA YACENTE O HEREDEROS DESCONOCIDOS DE BERNARDO DURAN OLIVER se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo FALLO es del tenor literal es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESTIMAR &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;la demanda&lt;/strong&gt; formulada por D. VENANCIO MAYO ÁLVAREZ contra D. BERNARDO DURÁN OLIVER Y CASO DE HABER FALLECIDO SU HERENCIA YACENTE O HEREDEROS DESCONOCIDOS, declarando que el demandante ostenta la titularidad dominical sobre la registral 20.140 inscrita al folio 28, libro 358, tomo 2108 en el Registro de la Propiedad de Palma nº 11 desde el contrato privado de compraventa de 3 de junio de 1987, debiendo la parte demandada pasar por esta declaración, y condenándola a elevar a público el contrato privado al objeto de poder practicar posteriormente la inscripción registral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sin especial pronunciamiento en cuanto a las costas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes esta sentencia, contra la que podrán interponer RECURSO DE APELACION en ambos efectos dentro de los VEINTE DIAS siguientes a su notificación con arreglo a lo prevenido en el artº 458 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil 1/2000 de 7 de Enero y su Disposición Transitoria Segunda. Este recurso no se admitirá si no se acredita una consignación de 50 euros en la Cuenta de Depósitos de este Juzgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Firme que sea la presente resolución, procédase a su inscripción en el Registro de la Propiedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Llévese testimonio de la presente a los autos de su razón con archivo de la original en el Libro de Sentencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, juzgando definitivamente en primera instancia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, BERNARDO DURAN OLIVER y HERENCIA YACENTE O HEREDEROS DESCONOCIDOS DE BERNARDO DURAN OLIVER, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma a los mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PALMA DE MALLORCA a treinta y uno de Enero de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
