    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-MODERN"&gt;Por la presente le comunico que el Sr. Alcalde, en fecha 31 de enero de 2013, ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-MODERN"&gt;&amp;quot;Visto el decreto núm. 457, de 20 de junio de 2011, de nombramiento de miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-MODERN"&gt;Visto el decreto núm. 458, de 20 de junio de 2011, de nombramiento de tenientes de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-MODERN"&gt;Conforme a lo que disponen los artículos 20.1 b) i 23.1 de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local (LRBRL), en relación al art. 23 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears (LMRLIB), y a los artículos 52 y ss. y 46.1 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales (ROF), haciendo uso de las atribuciones que legalmente tengo conferidas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-MODERN"&gt;HE RESUELTO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-MODERN"&gt;Primero.- Dejar sin efecto el nombramiento del concejal Sr. Bartomeu Fuster Capllonch como miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-MODERN"&gt;Segundo.- Nombrar miembro de la Junta de Gobierno Local al concejal Sr. Martí J. Roca Olivieri, en sustitución del concejal Sr. Bartomeu Fuster Capllonch.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-MODERN"&gt;Tercero.- Dejar sin efecto el nombramiento del concejal Sr. Bartomeu Fuster Capllonch como tercer teniente de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-MODERN"&gt;Cuarto.- Nombrar tercer teniente de alcalde al concejal Sr. Martí J. Roca Olivieri, en sustitución del concejal Sr. Bartomeu Fuster Capllonch.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-MODERN"&gt;Quinto.- Dar cuenta de esta resolución en la próxima sesión plenaria que se celebre, notificárselo personalmente a los interesados haciendo la oportuna publicación en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente al de la firma de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-MODERN"&gt;Lo que se hace público para general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
