    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears núm. 115 de 9 de agosto de 2012, se publicó el edicto de citación del Procedimiento Ordinario 1120/2010 y se ha advertido un error , dado que el texto era de notificación de sentencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por esto, y de acuerdo con el artículo 105.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, del régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común. modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, se ha de corregir el error y publicar íntegramente la versión correcta de la notificación citada, que es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;E D I C T O&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D/Dª ISABEL SUREDA SUREDA, Secretario/a Judicial del Juzgado de lo Social nº 001 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 0001120 /2010 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª RICARDO GALVEZ ESCOBAR contra MARIA DOLORES FERNANDEZ RODRIGUEZ, sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;ESTIMAR &lt;/b&gt;la demanda interpuesta por D. RICARDO GÁLVEZ ESCOBAR contra D.ª MARÍA DOLORES FERNÁNDEZ RODRÍGUEZ, &lt;b&gt;CONDENANDO A LA PARTE DEMANDADA&lt;/b&gt; a los siguientes pronunciamientos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Al pago de la suma de 2.645’93 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-right: 0.09cm; text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Al pago por la entidad demandada del interés previsto en el artículo 29.3 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-right: 0.09cm; text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y lo anterior, &lt;b&gt;ABSOLVIENDO &lt;/b&gt;al FOGASA de los pedimentos deducidos en su contra, &lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;sin perjuicio de las eventuales responsabilidades legales que pudieran serle exigibles de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 33 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, e imponiendo a la parte demandada &lt;/span&gt;multa por importe de 100 euros, así como el abono de los honorarios del Letrado generados por la parte actora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes esta resolución, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma no cabe RECURSO ALGUNO, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 191.2.g) de la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Social, de aplicación al régimen de recursos de conformidad con lo establecido en la Disposición transitoria segunda de la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Llévese el original al libro de sentencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-indent: 1.25cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-indent: 1.27cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PUBLICACIÓN&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;.-&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; Leída y publicada ha sido la anterior sentencia por la Ilustrísima Sra. Magistrada-Juez que la dictó, hallándose celebrado audiencia pública, en el mismo día de su fecha. Doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a MARIA DOLORES FERNANDEZ RODRIGUEZ, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 0.42cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
