    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno en sesión ordinaria de día 25.07.2012 adoptó el acuerdo de aprobar inicialmente la modificación del Proyecto de Reparcelación de la UA-39B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que no habiendo sido posible la notificación a los interesados que a continuación se relacionan, y de las actuaciones de dicho acuerdo, mediante el presente edicto y de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, del Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se les comunica que en el plazo de 15 días, que es el que fija el art. 116.b del Reglamento de Gestión, se somete el expediente al trámite de información pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En todo caso, la comparecencia tendrá que producirse en el plazo de 15 días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio en el BOIB. Transcurrido dicho plazo sin comparecer, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales el día siguiente del vencimiento del plazo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
