&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No pudiendo ser posible efectuar las notificaciones de incoación de expediente sancionador por infracciones de tránsito a las personas relacionadas en el anexo adjunto, se hace público a los efectos de notificación del presente Edicto, de acuerdo con el art. 59 de la Ley 30/92.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A partir del día que reciban la presente notificación pueden acogerse a una de les siguientes opciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A-PAGO VOLUNTARIO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Debe de efectuarlo en los 30 días naturales siguientes a la presente notificación. Pueden beneficiarse de una reducción del 50% sobre el importe de la sanción si realiza el pago en los 20 días naturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-El importe de la multa fijada será hecho efectivo en la Caja del Ayuntamiento, situada en la OAC en la calle Major núm. 88, los días hábiles de 10’30 a 14 horas, mediante giro postal, o por transferencia bancaria a CatalunyaCaixa en la cuenta núm. 2013 3092 19 0210100642, anotando en el “TEXTO” del impreso el número del expediente y la matrícula del vehiculo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-El pago voluntario conlleva la renuncia a formular alegaciones (en caso que fuesen formuladas se entenderán como no presentadas), y pone fin al procedimiento sin necesidad de dictar resolución expresa, el agotamiento de la vía administrativa y la firmeza de la sanción desde el momento del pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;B-FORMULACIÓN DE ALEGACIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-En el plazo de 20 días hábiles a partir del día siguiente de la presente notificación, pueden formular escrito de alegaciones y proponer pruebas en su defensa, dirigiendo al Concejal de Gobernación, adjuntando la presente o indicando el número de expediente que consta en la misma. El escrito se debe dirigir a las oficinas municipales situadas en la calle Major número 88 (43770 Móra la Nova), o mediante cualquier de los otros medios que establece el art. 38.4 de la Ley 30/92.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-En el caso de no haber estado Usted el conductor responsable de la infracción, está obligado a la identificación del mismo, a cuyo efectos deberá de comunicarlo por escrito dirigido a este Ayuntamiento, en el plazo de 15 días, indicando el nombre y apellidos, NIF, domicilio y población del conductor responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En este caso se seguirá el procedimiento sancionador ordinario, de acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos 79 y 81 de la Ley 18/2009. Finalizada la instrucción del procedimiento, el órgano instructor elevará propuesta de resolución al órgano competente para sancionar para que dicte la resolución que proceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si no efectúa ninguna de las actuaciones anteriores (pago voluntario o formulación de alegaciones), se os informa que esta denuncia tendrá efectos de acto resolutorio del procedimiento sancionador, poniendo fin a la vía administrativa. La sanción podrá ejecutarse pasados 30 días naturales desde la presente notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
