    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las notificaciones hechas por correo certificado, con aviso de recibo, no han tenido efecto y no se han podido hacer efectivas , por ignorarse el domicilio o no haber encontrado los interesados que se relacionan, por lo cual, se procede, en cumplimiento del establecido al artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se pude interponer un recurso Contencioso-Administrativo delante del Juzgado Contencioso-Administrativo, o delante de la Sala Contencioso-Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Baleares competente en cada caso, de conformidad con los Art. 8, 13 y 14 de la Disposición Transitoria Primera de la Ley reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa-Administrativa 29/98, de 13 de Julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El plazo para interponer el recurso Contencioso-Administrativo, será de dos meses, contados des del día siguiente a al que tenga lugar la publicación de la presente notificación, de conformidad con el Art. 46 de la citada Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asimismo, si lo desea puede ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que estime pertinente al amparo del Titulo VII de la Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Publicas y Procedimiento Administrativo Común 30/92, de 26 de Noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El importe de la sanción deberá hacerse efectivo durante el plazo de QUINCE DÍAS HÁBILES siguientes a la notificación de esta resolución. Una vez transcurrido dicho plazo sin que haya satisfecho la deuda en periodo voluntario, se procederá a su recaudación por vía ejecutiva, según el articulo 84 de la Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a motor y Seguridad Vial, incrementando su importe con los recargos de apremio y los intereses de demora legales correspondientes, que en su caso procedan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asimismo se le informa que la interposición de cualquier recurso o acción no suspenderá esta vía ejecutiva, salvo en los casos y condiciones previstos en el artículo 101 del Reglamento General de Recaudación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FORMAS DE PAGO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A) En el Servicio de Recaudación Municipal ( calle Canarias 35 – 1º de Eivissa ) en metálico o cheque conformado, presentando a tal efecto la presente notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;B) Por giro postal dirigido al Servicio de Recaudación del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa, consignando el numero de expediente y la matricula del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;C) Mediante el ingreso en cualquier sucursal de las siguientes entidades bancarias: Banco Sabadell, c/c numero 0081-0622-07-0001521062,Banco Mare Nostrum BMN c/c numero 0487-2028-64-2000013800 y Caja d’Estalvis i Pensions de Barcelona “La Caixa” c/c numero 2100-0056-19-0200930526, indicando el numero del expediente y matricula del vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;NOTA INFORMATIVA: Este Ayuntamiento remitirá a la D.G.T.&amp;nbsp; los datos relativos a sanciones graves y muy graves – que se detallan en el anexo II de la Ley 17/2005, de 19 de Julio-&amp;nbsp; que impliquen pérdida de puntos en la autorización para conducir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
