&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;11. - INCOACIÓN DE EXPEDIENTES DE CADUCIDAD DE DERECHOS FUNERARIOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Dado que las sepulturas del Cementerio municipal de Muro que a continuación se relacionan, se encuentran en situación de abandono, habiendo sido impagadas las tasas correspondientes a dos o más anualidades, concretamente en lo que respecta al canon de conservación del cementerio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Dado lo establecido en los artículos 55 y 56 del Reglamento del Cementerio Municipal aprobado definitivamente por acuerdo del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de fecha 29 de mayo de 1997, y publicado en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares de fecha 19 de julio de 1997, sobre supuestos de incoación de expediente de caducidad, y normas de procedimiento del citado expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;La Junta de Gobierno Local por unanimidad acuerda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Primero. Incoar expediente de caducidad de los derechos funerarios que a continuación se relacionan dada la situación de abandono, así como de impago de las tasas correspondientes a dos o más anualidades, concretamente en lo que respecta al canon de conservación del cementerio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Notificar el presente acuerdo a los interesados, y en los supuestos que no se pueda hacer efectiva la notificación, publicar el presente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares así como en el Tablón de Edictos del Ayuntamiento, concediéndose a los titulares, o si se &amp;apos;procede, a sus herederos, un plazo de audiencia de 15 días hábiles para que aleguen lo que estimen conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
