&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Al no haberse podido efectuar las notificaciones en los domicilios que figuran en los respectivos expedientes de las personas que, a continuación se relacionan, y no tener constancia de ningún otro domicilio donde llevarlas a término, por el presente edicto, se les comunica que, en relación a los expedientes incoados, por el Sr. Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, como consecuencia de las denuncias formuladas por la Policía Local, &amp;nbsp;por lo que de acuerdo con los artículos 59.4 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de Régimen Jurídico y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se hace publico:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Que este es un acto de trámite, con la cual no finaliza la vía administrativa, indicar a la persona infractora el derecho que tiene a conocer, en cualquier momento del procedimiento, su estado de tramitación y acceder y obtener copias de los documentos constituidos en el mismo. Dispondrá también de un plazo de quince días para aportar cuantas alegaciones, documentos o informaciones estime convenientes y, en su caso proponer pruebas concretando los medios de que pretenda valerse.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Advertir que podrán formular recusación contra las personas designadas, como Instructor y Secretario en la forma que previenen los artículos 182 y 184 del RD 2568/86, por la cual se aprobó el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las&amp;nbsp; entidades locales, y los artículos 28 y 29 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- Se comunica además que durante este plazo tienen el expediente a su disposición en el departamento de Medio Ambiente, sito en Calle Constitució, 6 de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
