&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El regidor de Hacienda de acuerdo con las facultades delegadas por Resolución de alcaldía nº 1026/2011, de día 15 de junio (BOIB nº 104, de día 07/07/2011), ha dictado acuerdo de inicio de los expedientes sancionadores que figuran en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conforme con lo dispuesto en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de día 30 de noviembre del régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, y visto que se ha intentado por dos veces la notificación, a la persona interesada o a su representante, y que no ha sido posible realizarla por causas no imputables a la Administración por la presente se precede a la notificación de dicho acuerdo de inicio mediante información pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las personas interesadas en le presente procedimiento dispondrán de un plazo de &lt;strong&gt;quince (15) días hábiles, &lt;/strong&gt;a partir del siguiente día de la publicación del presente edicto, para ejercer su derecho a formular las alegaciones que estimen convenientes y a la audiencia en le procedimiento, así como a proponer la práctica de pruebas que estimen convenientes, especificando los medios con los que se pretendan valer, y que se deberán llevar a cabo dentro del mismo plazo de quince días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el supuesto de no efectuarse alegaciones sobre el contenido del acuerdo de inicio en el plazo mencionado anteriormente, el inicio del procedimiento podrá ser considerado propuesta de resolución siempre que contenga un pronunciamiento preciso sobre la responsabilidad imputada .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La persona presuntamente responsable de los hechos imputados podrá reconocer su responsabilidad y, si corresponde, efectuar el pago de la sanción pecuniaria correspondiente, por lo que supondrá la finalización del procedimiento incoado, sin perjuicio de la posibilidad de interponer los recursos que estime procedentes .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
