    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;De conformidad con lo que se establece en el artículo 112 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, no habiendo sido posible hacer la notificación a la persona interesada o a su representante por causas no imputables a la Administración tributaria, en virtud de este anuncio, citamos a los interesados -o a sus representantes debidamente acreditados- relacionados a continuación, para que en el plazo de QUINCE DÍAS naturales, contados a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de este anuncio, comparezcan en la oficina de Recaudación de la Agencia Tributaria de las Illes Balears situada en Santanyí, calle del Centre, 28, en horario de lunes a jueves hábiles, de 8.15 a 13.30 y de 15.15 a 16.45 horas, y los viernes hábiles de 8.15 a 14.30 horas (meses de julio y agosto: de lunes a viernes laborables, de 8.15 a 14.30 horas), para ser notificados de las liquidaciones del impuesto sobre el incremento de valor de los terrenos de naturaleza urbana del municipio de Santanyí. Transcurrido dicho plazo sin comparecer, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales el día siguiente al del vencimiento del plazo señalado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Asimismo, se advierte que, de no comparecer el interesado o su representante en dicho plazo, se le tendrá por notificado de las sucesivas actuaciones y diligencias de este procedimiento, sin perjuicio del derecho que le asiste para comparecer en cualquier momento del procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
