&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el art. 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y por ignorarse el domicilio o no haberse localizado a los destinatarios, mediante el presente edicto se notifica a las empresas que a continuación se relacionan que, de acuerdo con la Resolución de nombramiento de instructores en los procedimientos sancionadores en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales de 1 de septiembre de 2010, se han designado los instructores que se indican a continuación, a los efectos previstos en los artículos 28 y 29 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
