&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento EJECUCION DE TITULOS JUDICIALES 0000332 /2011 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido a instancia de D/Dª GIUSEPPE ZAPPALA contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; GARUFI VIVES CB y sus comuneros DOÑA COLOMA VIVES MELIÁ y D. ALFIO GARUFI sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la resolución que contiene los siguientes antecedentes y parte dispositiva :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;D E C R E T O&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Secretario/a Judicial D/Dª&amp;nbsp; FRANCISCA MARIA REUS BARCELO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA, a trece de Diciembre de dos mil doce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center; margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANTECEDENTES DE HECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO .- &lt;/strong&gt;Que con fecha 24/07/2012 se Decreto el embargo&amp;nbsp; de bienes propiedad de GARUFI VIVES CB y de sus comuneros Doña Coloma Vives Melía y D. Alfil Garufi , entre los bienes embargados a Doña Coloma Vives consta el vehículo matrícula 2973DXV, habiéndose tomado nota del precinto por la Jefatura de Tráfico en fecha 08/08/2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;En fecha 14/09/2012 tiene entrada en éste Jdo la comunicación remitida por el R. Bienes Muebles, en la que se informa la suspensión de la anotación de embargo del vehículo &lt;strong&gt;2973DXV &lt;/strong&gt;al figurar más de un titular del mismo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;Revisadas las actuaciones , del contenido de la información patrimonial&amp;nbsp; en DGT , obtenida a través de la base de datos del Juzgado&amp;nbsp; , consta como cotitular el nº de identificación X-3555317-T (correspodiendo al co-ejecutado D. Alfil Garufi).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Procede decretar el embargo de los bienes ya embargados a la&amp;nbsp; ejecutad/a , esto es decretar el embargo del vehículo matrícula&amp;nbsp; 2973DXV tanto a la ejecutada Sr. Coloma Vives como a D. Alfil Garufi, en proporción del 50% a cada uno de ellos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Declarar reembargados&lt;/strong&gt;, a resultas de estos autos y en cuanto fueren suficientes a cubrir las responsabilidades reclamadas principal: 8.185,96 € ,intereses y costas provisionales 1.637 €&amp;nbsp; los bienes ya embargados&amp;nbsp; a la ejecutada Sr. Coloma Vives; en consecuéncia se DECRETA el reembargo y precinto del vehículo &lt;strong&gt;2973DXV&amp;nbsp; respecto a la parte proporcional del titular ejecutada&amp;nbsp; (Coloma Vives ) y parte proporcional del&amp;nbsp; co-titular ejecutado ( alfil Garufi) . &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En consecuencia, acuerdo librar comunicación al Registro de Bienes Muebles para su anotación , reiterándose a la Policía&amp;nbsp; Local el precinto del vehículo .&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes, haciéndoles saber que en aplicación del mandato contenido en el artículo 53.2 de la LJS, en el primer escrito o comparecencia ante el órgano judicial, las partes o interesados, y en su caso los profesionales designados, señalarán un domicilio y datos completos para la práctica de actos de comunicación. El domicilio y los datos de localización facilitados con tal fin, &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;surtirán plenos efectos y las notificaciones en ellos intentadas sin efecto serán válidas&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; hasta tanto no sean facilitados otros datos alternativos, siendo &lt;strong&gt;carga procesal de las partes&lt;/strong&gt; y de sus representantes &lt;strong&gt;mantenerlos actualizados&lt;/strong&gt;. Asimismo deberán comunicar los cambios relativos a su número de teléfono, fax, dirección electrónica o similares, siempre que estos últimos estén siendo utilizados como instrumentos de comunicación con el Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN:&lt;/strong&gt; Mediante recurso de reposición a interponer ante quien dicta esta resolución, en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;TRES DÍAS&lt;/strong&gt; hábiles siguientes a su notificación con expresión de la infracción que a juicio del recurrente contiene la misma, sin que la interposición del recurso tenga efectos suspensivos con respecto a la resolución recurrida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EL/LA SECRETARIO/A JUDICIAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario &amp;nbsp;GARUFI VIVES CB &amp;nbsp;y sus comuneros DOÑA COLOMA VIVES MELIÁ y D. ALFIO GARUFI que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
