&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;JUEZ QUE LA DICTA: Don JULIO ALVAREZ MERINO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lugar: Palma de Mallorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Fecha: 13 de diciembre de 2012&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Demandada: Doña Anna Konstantinovna Vyershinina&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;OBJETO DEL JUICIO: El divorcio de los litigantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estimando la demanda de divorcio formulada por Don Mauro Losacco contra Doña Anna Konstantinovna Vyershinina, acuerdo la disolución por divorcio del matrimonio de los expresados cónyuges, con todos los efectos legales inherentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No se hace expreso pronunciamiento en costas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Comuníquese esta sentencia, firme que sea, a las oficinas del Registro Civil en que conste la inscripción de matrimonio de los sujetos del pleito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta sentencia cabe recurso de apelación en el plazo de veinte días a partir de su notificación, previo depósito de la cantidad de 50 euros en la cuenta de consignaciones este Juzgado, adjuntando el oportuno justificante el escrito de recurso, salvo que el recurrente sea titular del derecho de justicia gratuita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, definitivamente juzgan­do en primera instancia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de ANNA KONSTANTINOVNA VYERSHININA, se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
