&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta Alcaldía, en fecha de hoy, ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA Núm. 2/2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vista la solicitud formulada por el Sr. Sebastià Carbonell Rosselló, en nombre y representación de la empresa PAVIMENTACIONES Y OBRAS CARBONELL, S.A. -PYOCSA, con CIF A-07248925, adjudicataria de las obras de “Pavimentación y mejora del camino Camp d’es Pi”, incluidas dentro del Plan de Obras y Servicios 2008 del Consell de Mallorca, pidiendo la devolución del aval por un importe de mil cuatrocientos noventa y nueve euros y treinta y siete céntimos (1.499,37 euros)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dado que ha transcurrido el plazo de garantía, que no se han producido reclamaciones, y que el informe del técnico municipal ha sido favorable, por el presente RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1º.-Que se devuelva a la empresa PAVIMENTACIONES Y OBRAS CARBONELL, S.A. -PYOCSA, con CIF A-07248925, el aval presentado como garantía de la fianza por el contrato de la ejecución de las obras de “Pavimentación y mejora del camino Camp d’es Pi”, por un importe de mil cuatrocientos noventa y nueve euros y treinta y siete céntimos (1.499,37 euros), y autorizar la cancelación del mencionado aval bancario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2º.- Notificar el presente acuerdo al interesado.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El que se hace público para general conocimiento y en cumplimiento de la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
