    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En fecha 10 de diciembre de 2012 la presidenta de l&amp;apos;Institut Mallorquí d’Afers Socials dictó la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Resolución de rectificació de error material detectado en la resolución de otorgamiento de las ayudas económicas individuales para personas mayores del Institut Mallorquí d’Afers Socials para el año 2011.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. En fecha 25 de noviembre de 2011 la presidenta del Institut Mallorquí d’Afers Socials, en adelante IMAS, dictó la resolución de otorgamiento de las ayudas económicas individuales para personas mayores del Institut Mallorquí d’Afers Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. En fecha 8 de mayo de 2012, ha tenido entrada en el Servicio Juridicoadministrativo un informe emitido por el Jefe de Sección de Prestaciones con el vistobueno de la Coordinadora de l’Àrea de Gent Gran, en que manifiesta que la Intervención delegada ha detectado un error material en el punto primero de la parte resolutiva de la resolución anteriormente citada en el concepto de la ayuda de la persona beneficiaria: Marcos Estanislao Álvarez Coll ya que se puso, per error, en el concepto: un audífono derecho y el concepto debía ser: Prótesis dental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Consideraciones jurídicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 105.2 de la Leyi 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, &lt;i&gt;Las Administraciones Públicas podrán, también, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existenets en sus actos&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por ello,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="font-weight: normal; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Resuelvo:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;1.&lt;/b&gt; Aprobar la rectificación del error material observado en el punto 1 de la parte resolutiva de la resolución de fecha 25 de noviembre de 2011 a que s’ha hecho referencia más arriba, para que donde dice: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;b&gt;1.&lt;/b&gt; Otorgar las ayudas económicas individuales para personas mayores para el año 2011 a las personas físicas siguientes, por los conceptos y por los importes que seguidamente se reseñarán, así como DISPONER en su favor un gasto por un importe total de ciento cuarenta y ocho mil seiscientos noventa y tres euros con noventa céntimos (148.693,90 €) del vigente presupuesto de gastos del IMAS, y consecuentemente cancelar el documento contable por la diferencia (referencia contable núm. 22011016791):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Esta resolución no pone fin a la vía administrativa y contra ella se puede interponer, de acuerdo con el artículo 27.2 de los Estatutos del Institut Mallorquí d’Afers Socials, aprobados por el Pleno del Consell de Mallorca en fecha 9 de febrero de 2012 (BOIB núm. 28, de 21 de febrero), recurso de alzada ante el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dentro del plazo de un mes contado a partirr del día siguiente al de la notificación de la present resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la desestimación del citado recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses contados a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta (tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la resolución).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;No&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;
