Sr. Presidente del Consejo Insular de Menorca, mediante Decreto de Presidencia núm. 1, de fecha 2 de enero de 2013, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Designar,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;fin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;ejerzan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;presidencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;funciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;este&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Consejo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Insular&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;Menorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;para&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;los&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;dias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;en&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;cada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;caso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;indican:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/b&gt; Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas y que se publique en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, sin perjuicio de la efectividad del nombramiento para los dias señalados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
