&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los art. 59.4 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común (BOE 285, de 27 de noviembre de 1992), se hace pública la notificación de la iniciación del expediente de abandono de un vehículo en la vía pública, instruido por el Departamento de la Policía Local de Es Mercadal, a la persona que a continuación se indica, ya que al haberse intentado la notificación en su último domicilio conocido, ésta no se ha podido practicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El expediente correspondiente se encuentra en el Departamento de la Policía Local del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Es Mercadal, ante el cual tiene el derecho de alegar por escrito lo que en su defensa estime conveniente, con la aportación o proposición de las pruebas que considere oportunas, dentro del plazo de 15 días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente de la publicación del presente edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, y proceder a la retirada del vehículo del depósito municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Una vez transcurrido dicho plazo sin que haya hecho uso del derecho para formular alegaciones y retirar el vehículo, se dictará la resolución considerándose como residuo sólido urbano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
