&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que prevén los artículos 59.5 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se notifica a las personas relacionadas a continuación que se les ha formulado la Propuesta de Resolución de los expedientes sancionadores instruidos que se indican en el anexo del presente Edicto y se les comunica que tienen un plazo de quince días hábiles para formular alegaciones a la Propuesta en el &lt;span lang="CA"&gt;Registro General del Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt;. Los expedientes están en las oficinas del Negociado de Sanciones (calle Canarias,35-1er de Eivissa). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
