    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El día 26 de julio de 2012 la presidenta ha resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;quot;El artículo 8.2 c) de la Ley 19/2006, de 23 de noviembre, del sistema bibliotecario de las Islas Baleares (BOIB nº. 170, de 30 de noviembre de 2006) crea las comisiones técnicas insulares de bibliotecas como órgano del Sistema Bibliotecario de las Islas Baleares. El artículo 39 de la Ley 19/2006 establece que cada consejo creará la Comisión Técnica Insular de Bibliotecas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca en la sesión de día 7 de mayo de 2009 aprobó el Reglamento que determina las normas de funcionamiento interno y la composición de la Comisión Técnica Insular de Bibliotecas (BOIB nº. 77, de 28 de mayo de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El artículo 1 del Reglamento que determina las normas de funcionamiento interno y la composición de la Comisión Técnica Insular de Bibliotecas adscribe la Comisión al departamento del Consejo competente en materia de cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El artículo 2 del mencionado Reglamento establece la composición de la Comisión Técnica Insular de Bibliotecas, que tiene que ser la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Presidencia: el consejero o consejera ejecutivo del departamento competente en materia de Cultura del Consejo de Mallorca o a la persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Once vocales técnicos en la materia, distribuidos de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;I&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tres representantes del Consejo de Mallorca propuestos por el consejero o consejera ejecutivo competente en la materia, entre el cual estará la persona directora de la Biblioteca Central Insular, a partir de su creación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;II&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una persona representante del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, propuesta por la consejería competente en la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;III &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una persona representante del municipio de Palma, propuesta por la concejalía competente en la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;IV &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dos representantes del resto de los municipios de Mallorca integrantes de la Red de Bibliotecas de Mallorca a propuesta de los propios municipios a través de las Federaciones de Municipios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;V&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una persona representante de la Universidad de las Islas Baleares propuesto por el rector o rectora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;VI &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una persona representante de las asociaciones o colegios profesionales a propuesta de la entidad, cuyas finalidades guarden relación directa con bibliotecas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;VII &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una persona representante de las bibliotecas de interés público integradas en el Sistema de Lectura Pública de Mallorca propuesta por el consejero o consejera competente en la materia, una vez oída la asamblea del conjunto de estas bibliotecas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;VIII &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una persona representante de las bibliotecas del Obispado de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Secretaria: una persona técnica funcionaria adscrita al departamento competente en materia de cultura del Consejo de Mallorca con voz pero sin voto, propuesta por el consejero o consejera ejecutivo de este departamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El artículo 2.e del Reglamento que determina las normas de funcionamiento interno y la composición de la Comisión Técnica Insular de Bibliotecas establece que la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca tiene que nombrar los miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vista la propuesta del vicepresidente de Cultura, Patrimonio y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por lo tanto, resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Nombrar como presidente de la Comisión Técnica Insular de Bibliotecas el Sr. Joan Rotger Seguí, vicepresidente de Cultura, Patrimonio y Deportes, o a la persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Nombrar vocales técnicos de la Comisión Técnica Insular de Bibliotecas las personas siguientes, en representación de los organismos que se dirán:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Representantes del Consejo de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Sr. Juan José Riera Ferrer, jefe de la Sección de Bibliotecas del Consejo de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Sra. Nativitat Muntaner Sans, técnica ayudante de archivo y biblioteca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La persona directora de la Biblioteca Central Insular, a partir de su creación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Sra. Maria de Lluch Alemany Mir, directora de la Biblioteca Pública de Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Representante del municipio de Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Sr. Miquel Pastor Tous, director del Servicio de Biblioteca y Documentación de la Universidad de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
