&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DOY FE Y TESTIMONIO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el Juicio de Faltas nº 4/12 se ha acordado citar a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASSIROW GAYE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FATIMA S.Z’BIDA EL BOUIFRAHI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;AHMED EL AMARNI ABDESLAM&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ABDOULAYE SIBY KAMARA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De orden de su S.Sª. y por tenerlo así acordado en las diligencias del Juicio de Faltas arriba indicado, por FALTA DE CONTRA LA PROPIEDAD INDUSTRIAL, citará Vd. a las personas que luego se dirán y en el concepto que se expresa, para que el día 07 de ENERO de 2013&amp;nbsp; y hora de las 12:30&amp;nbsp; comparezcan ante la Sala de Audiencia de este Juzgado, al objeto de asistir al acto de juicio oral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se hará saber a las partes que deberán comparecer&amp;nbsp; con todos los medios de prueba de que intenten valerse en el acto del juicio (testigos, documentos, peritos...), así como que podrán ser asistidos de Letrado, si bien éste no es preceptivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Deberá apercibirse a las partes y testigos que residan dentro del término municipal, que de no comparecer ni alegar justa causa que se lo impida, podrá imponérseles una multa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se hará saber a los presuntos culpables que residan fuera del término municipal, que podrán dirigir escrito a este Juzgado en su defensa y apoderar a otra persona que presente en dicho acto las pruebas de descargo que tuvieren, conforme a lo dispuesto en el art. 970 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que conste y sirva de CITACIÓN a&lt;strong&gt; BASSIROW GAYE, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FATIMA S.Z’BIDA EL BOUIFRAHI, AHMED EL AMARNI ABDESLAM, ABDOULAYE SIBY KAMARA,&lt;/strong&gt; actualmente en paradero desconocido, y su publicación en el Boletin oficial de la Comunidad Autonoma de las Islas Baleares , expido el presente en INCA a 17 DE DICIEMBRE DE 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En INCA a 17 de Diciembre de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
