&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;HAGO SABER: Que en este Juzgado, se siguen autos núm. 614/2011 a instancias de JUAN CARLOS GORDILLO GAMERO contra SERVICIOS DE SEGURIDAD Y CONTROL 3370 SL y FOGASA en la que el día 20-11-2012 se ha dictado resolución en la que entre otras se dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANTECEDENTES DE HECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- La parte actora ha presentado escrito en el que manifiesta no interesarle la prosecución del pleito y desistir de su demanda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FUNDAMENTOS DE DERECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;UNICO&lt;/strong&gt;.- El proceso abierto por la demanda descrita, ubicado en el Libro II de la vigente Ley de Procedimiento Laboral, está regido por el principio dispositivo, por lo que, habiendo hecho manifestación expresa quien lo inició, de apartarse del mismo, procede tener por hecha tal manifestación y archivar lo actuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;VISTOS los artículos de general y pertinente aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Tener por DESISTIDO a JUAN CARLOS GORDILLO GAIVIERO de su demanda instada frente a SERVICIOS DE SEGURIDAD Y CONTROL 3370 SL y FOGASA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- ARCHIVAR las actuaciones una vez que sea firme la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese la presente resolución, en legal forma, a las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;EL/LA SECRETARIO JUDICIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que conste y sirva de notificación a, SERVICIOS DE SEGURIDAD Y CONTROL 3370 SL -ADM UNICO JULIAN IGNACIO VIDAL ALBI -que se encuentra en ignorado paradero, así como para su inserción en el Tablón de anuncios y publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia, expido el presente en Valencia, a veinte de noviembre de dos mil doce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
