&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;De acuerdo con el informe del Departamento de Función Pública que se adjunta al presente escrito, en el cual se expone que se han cometido errores aritméticos, materiales o de hecho que han provocado pagos indebidos de la Tesorería del Consejo de Mallorca a favor de terceras personas y por los motivos que se relacionan, y de acuerdo a lo que se establece en el artículo 77 de la Ley 47/2003 General Presupuestaria, y por remisión de la misma a la Orden EHA 4077/2005, se les requiere, de conformidad al artículo 62.2 de la Ley General Tributaria, para que proceda a su reintegramiento. De no efectuarse el pago en período voluntario serán aplicables los recargos reseñados en el artículo 28 de la Ley General Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
