&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;En cumplimiento del art.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;.47.1 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento i Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;, se hace público que por Resolución de Alcaldía nº2012/0843&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;de fecha 19/12/2012, se ha resuelto :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;En presencia del &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;art. 47.1 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, que dice: “c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;orresponde a los Tenientes de Alcalde, en cuanto tales, substituir en la totalidad de sus funciones y por orden de su nombramiento, al Alcalde, en los casos de ausencia, enfermedad o impedimento que imposibilite a éste para el ejercicio de sus atribuciones..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;.” y el art. 47.2 que dice: “E&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;n los casos de ausencia, enfermedad o impedimento, las funciones del Alcalde no podrán ser asumidas por el Teniente de Alcalde a quien corresponda sin expresa delegación, que reunirá los requisitos de los números 1 y 2 del artículo 44.” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En presencia de la la resolución de alcaldía de delegación de competencias de fecha 17 de junio de 2011, por la cual se nombra como primer teniente de alcalde, al regidor señor Emilio Agis Benejam.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto que la alcaldesa el próximo día 20 de diciembre de 2012 se encontrará fuera de la isla y por tanto no podrá asistir a la Junta de Gobierno que se celebrará este día 20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Es por lo que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Primero.-&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; Que el regidor y primer teniente de alcalde senyor Emilio Agis Benejam sustituya a la alcaldesa en la P&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;residencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; durante la sesión de la Junta de Gobierno de día 20 de diciembre de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el tablón de anuncios municipal y en el BOCAIB, conforme al art. 44.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Tercer.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
