&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 59.4 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, se hace pública la siguiente notificación a las personas que a continuación se detallan, ya que habiéndose intentado la notificación en el último domicilio conocido, no ha sido posible hacerlo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“En relación con su solicitud de justicia gratuita y de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 17 de la Ley 1/1996, de 10 de enero, de Asistencia Jurídica Gratuita y a efectos de verificar su situación económica en el momento de efectuar la solicitud, deberá aportar documentación que demuestre que sus recursos e ingresos económicos, computados anualmente, no superan los establecidos en el artículo 3 de la citada Ley 1/96.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 71 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, modificada por Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, dispone de un plazo de diez días para aportar la citada documentación. Si así no lo hiciera, se le tendrá por desistida de su petición, previa resolución dictada en los términos previstos en el artículo 42 de la citada Ley, lo que implicará, en su caso, el abono de los honorarios ocasionados por la intervención del Letrado designado por el Colegio de Abogados con carácter provisional.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
