&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Director Territorial-Jefe Inspección Provincial de Trabajo y S.S. en Illes Balears,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el art. 59.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común (Boletín Oficial del Estado de 27 de Noviembre), hace saber a los interesados relacionados en el anexo I que se han dictado resoluciones sancionadoras en los expedientes que se señalan y que no han podido ser comunicadas por ausencia, ignorado paradero o rehusado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El importe de las sanciones puede hacerse efectivo por los medios y en los plazos legalmente establecidos. Se advierte que la resolución del recurso de alzada agota la vía administrativa, pudiendo interponer en el plazo de dos meses contados desde el día siguiente a su notificación, recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo correspondiente a la circunscripción donde tenga su sede el órgano que dictó el acto originario impugnado, conforme al art. 8.3, en relación con el art. 14.1. primera y el 46.1, de la ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los expedientes se encuentran a la vista de los interesados&amp;nbsp; en la sede de esta Inspección Provincial de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, (Miquel Capllonch, 12 –Palma),&amp;nbsp; con la advertencia de que, transcurrido el plazo establecido sin haberse efectuado el pago, las resoluciones serán remitidas para su cobro por vía ejecutiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Según lo dispuesto en el art. 61 de la Ley 30/1992 , se publica únicamente una breve indicación del contenido de la&amp;nbsp; Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
