    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En relación con el asunto de referencia, y de acuerdo con la Ley 16/2002, de 1 de julio, de prevención y control integrados de la contaminación, se comunica que el Pleno de la CMAIB, en sesión de 27 de septiembre de 2012&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;CONSIDERANDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.Que Ladrilleras Ibicencas S.A. ha solicitado una modificación de la AAI consistente en la instalación de un sistema de co-combustión mediante biomasa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.Que la documentación aportada justifica que se trata de una modificación no sustancial, en cumplimiento del art. 10.2 de la Ley 16/2002, de 1 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.Que los informes emitidos por los diferentes departamentos son favorables, consideran la modificación como no sustancial y proponen una serie de condicionantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ACUERDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;informar favorablemente el otorgamiento de la modificación no sustancial de la Autorización Ambiental Integrada de la fábrica de bloques, tejas y otros productos cerámicos a Sta. Eulària des Riu, consistente en la instalación de un sistema de co-combustión mediante biomasa, con las condiciones de explotación, capacidad y procesos indicados en el proyecto técnico que acompaña la solicitud y con sujeción a las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.Se modifica el condicionante “5 Consumos” para contemplar los consumos máximos previstos de biomasa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“5. Consumos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Se modifica el condicionante “9 Condicionantes de atmósfera” para incluir un nuevo punto de prescripciones generales, un nuevo punto en lo referente al registro que la empresa tiene que mantener, cambios a los valores límites de emisiones y otros cambios de redacción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“9. Condicionantes de atmósfera&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.1 Prescripciones de carácter general&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La instalación tendrá que cumplir con lo establecido en la Ley 34/2007, de 15 de noviembre, de calidad del aire y protección de la atmósfera, en el Real decreto 100/2011, de 28 de enero, por lo cual se actualiza el catálogo de actividades potencialmente contaminadoras de la atmósfera y se establecen las disposiciones básicas para su aplicación, así como toda la normativa de desarrollo que le sea de aplicación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.2 Identificación de foco emisores&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Según el anexo del Real decreto 100/2011, de 28 de enero, por el cual se actualiza el catálogo de actividades potencialmente contaminadoras de la atmósfera y se establecen las disposiciones básicas por su aplicación, la actividad está clasificada como Actividad Potencialmente Contaminadora de la Atmósfera del grupo A, código 03 03 19 01 “Producción de ladrillos, tejas u otros materiales de construcción no especificados en otros epígrafes con capacidad de producción =&amp;gt; 75t/día”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.El principal foco de emisión de gases a la atmósfera es la salida del horno de cocción. Los gases son conducidos a una turbina que los impulsa hacia la chimenea. Esta tiene una altura de unos 30 m y un diámetro equivalente (sección cuadrada) de 0,72 x 0,60 m. En caso de avería de la turbina y no poder parar el horno, se reducirá el número de quemadores al mínimo y después el proyecto expone dos opciones:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Opción 1: conectar directamente la salida del túnel con la chimenea.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Opción 2: colocar una turbina pequeña entre el horno túnel y la chimenea mediante adaptadores.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Los gases procedentes de la caldera de aire caliente, son introducidos en el horno de cocción en una zona donde los gases tienen una temperatura equivalente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.Otro foco emisor es la retractiladora del embalaje, la cual tiene una potencia nominal de 358,78 kW y un consumo de 26 kg/h de propano.&lt;br /&gt; 5.Finalmente, hay un grupo generador de emergencia de 270 kw, el cual funciona una media de 20,8 h/año, los humos del cual son introducidos en los secadores para aprovechar el calor.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.Además, se producen emisiones difusas en las zonas de acopio, molienda y preparación de la arcilla.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.Por las características de la instalación y horas de funcionamiento no se consideran focos emisores sistemáticos el generador de emergencia y la retractiladora. El control de la caldera de aire caliente se hace conjuntamente con el horno puesto que comparten la chimenea de salida de gases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5.Los puntos de muestreo de la chimenea cumplirán con los requisitos de la Orden Ministerial de 18 de octubre de 1976, sobre prevención y corrección de la contaminación industrial de la atmósfera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6.Las medidas se realizarán en condiciones normales de operación de las instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7.El método de medida para cada contaminante será preferiblemente el UNE-EN; en caso de que no se pueda aplicar se tendrá que justificar la utilización con otros métodos, que serán, por este orden: EN, UNE-ISO, UNE, y otros métodos internacionales. Siempre que se publiquen nuevas normas que sustituyan las indicadas, se aplicarán las más recientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8.La instalación tendrá que llevar y mantener un registro y archivo de los controles realizados así como de los informes resultantes, el cual tendrá que estar a disposición del órgano competente. En este registro se incluirá los datos de emisiones medidas, controles e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; &lt;em&gt;inspecciones, así como las operaciones de paradas, mantenimiento (operaciones de mantenimiento de los filtros, cortinas, carenados, etc.), incidencias y averías, y cualquier otros tipos de operación diferente del funcionamiento normal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.Las emisiones medidas siempre estarán referidas a condiciones normales de presión y temperatura (101,3 kPA, 273,16 K) de gas seco. Se medirá el oxígeno, el dióxido de carbono y la temperatura de salida de los gases.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10.Los resultados de las medidas se normalizarán con referencia al 18 % de oxígeno, exceptuando en aquellos casos en que el oxígeno medido sea inferior al oxígeno de referencia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;11.Se considerará que se superan los valores límite de emisión a la atmósfera cuando la media de las medidas realizadas en una serie supere los valores límite fijados en la presente resolución y la mayoría de las medidas individuales supere el valor límite o 1/3 de las medidas individuales supere el valor límite en un 40%.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;12.En caso de avería de la turbina, que ayuda a expulsar los gases de salida del horno, y no poder parar el horno, se reducirá el número de quemadores al mínimo y se producirá a operar con una de las dos opciones expuestas en el proyecto, preferentemente la segunda. Esta circunstancia se tiene que comunicar al órgano competente, tanto el inicio de la avería, la solución aplicada como su duración.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.3.2 Control de emisiones no canalizadas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Las emisiones no canalizadas o difusas se controlarán mediante una comprobación trienal, por parte de un Organismo de Control Autorizado, de las medidas correctoras instaladas y de su eficacia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Con objeto de evitar la emisión difusa de polvo, se llevarán a cabo las medidas preventivas siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.En la zona de almacenamiento de arcilla:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Se evitará los almacenamientos al aire libre, establecer medidas técnicas e implantar las buenas prácticas en las operaciones con generación de emisiones difusas de partículas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-La altura del acopio al aire libre no superará ni el nivel de la nave colindante ni la barrera de vegetación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Se evitará realizar trabajos de carga, descarga y movimiento de materiales en los periodos de viento fuerte.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.En la zona de operaciones de transporte:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Los camiones que lleven material polvoriento tienen que llevar la carga tapada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-La zona de tránsito tendrá que estar pavimentada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-La velocidad de circulación de camiones por el interior de la planta se limitará a 10 Km/h.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Se recogerá periódicamente los materiales polvorientos dispersos en la instalación, para evitar su acumulación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Se regará periódicamente las vías de circulación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.En la zona de proceso:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Se evitará realizar operaciones de carga y descarga y movimientos de materiales en momentos de viento fuerte.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-La manga a la salida del molino tendrá un mantenimiento cuidadoso.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Se tiene que mantener un registro donde figure la siguiente información:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Tareas de mantenimiento realizadas (fecha, descripción del mantenimiento, empresa de mantenimiento)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Incidentes de mal funcionamiento (fecha de inicio del incidente, motivo, correctivo llevado a cabo, fecha final del incidente)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;9.3.3 Registro&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El titular de la instalación tendrá que mantener actualizado un registro con datos de las emisiones, paradas, tareas de mantenimiento, incidencias, controles, etc., para cada foco emisor de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 8 del Real decreto 100/2011. La información documental (informes, medidas, mantenimiento...) se tiene que conservar un periodo mínimo de 10 años.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Se modifica el condicionante “11.3 Control documental” para eliminar del informe anual el informe sobre la verificación de las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero y para cambiar los controles periódicos a los que se tiene que someter la instalación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“11.3 Control documental&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;10.3.1 Control periódico&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Informe anual de emisión de contaminantes a la atmósfera de la chimenea única (partículas, CO, NOx, y SO2), realizado por un Organismo de control autorizado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Cada tres años, mientras la autoridad competente no diga lo contrario, un informe con el control de las emisiones de COT, HF y HCl realizado por un organismo de control autorizado, a la salida al exterior del lavado de gases.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Cada tres años se tiene que presentar un informe realizado por un organismo de control autorizado con la valoración del cumplimiento de todas las prescripciones de atmósfera de la AAI: correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas de depuración, disposición de los correspondiente registros, eficacia de las medidas correctoras para minimizar las emisiones difusas implantadas, así como identificación de posibles emisiones no consideradas en esta autorización.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Los informes de emisiones de contaminantes a la atmósfera realizados por un Organismo de control autorizado (OCA), de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 104/2010, de 10 de septiembre, y en el Real decreto 100/2011, de 29 de enero, serán enviados por parte del OCA directamente al departamento competente en materia de contaminación atmosférica.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;11.3.2 Informe anual&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.El titular de la actividad enviará, al Órgano Ambiental encargado de tramitar la EAI, un informe del periodo precedente (año anterior), antes del 1 de marzo de cada año, en el cual se incluirá:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a.Residuos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Informe anual de los residuos producidos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.Emisiones e inmisiones al medio hídrico&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Registro de extracciones de aguas subterráneas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Resultados de las pruebas anuales de estanquidad de los depósitos soterrados.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Registro de control de olores en piezómetros de control de los depósitos soterrados de combustible.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Analítica de las aguas de los piezómetros de control de los depósitos soterrados de combustible.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Estimación de volumen de pluviales reutilizado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Analíticas previas a la operación de vaciado de la balsa de rehidratación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c.Ruidos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-Informe anual en el cual se remitirán los controles de emisiones de ruidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d.Industria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-Certificados de revisión periódica realizados por Organismo de Control Autorizado de los&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; &lt;em&gt;depósitos de gasóleo y fueloil tal como indica el Reglamento de Instalaciones de Productos Petrolíferos (ITC MU-IP03).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Certificados de revisión periódica realizado por Organismo de Control Autorizado del depósito de 4.000 litros de propano tal como indica la ITC-ICG-03. La periodicidad con la que se tienen que realizar es cada 5 años.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Certificados de revisión periódica realizada por Organismo de Control Autorizado de las instalaciones de Baja Tensión y Media Tensión. Estos certificados se tienen que realizar cada 5 años tal como marcan sus respectivos reglamentos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Verificación periódica de los equipos de protección contra incendios según el RD1942/1993.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;e.Con carácter general&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Los datos exigidos por el RD 508/2007 y Reglamento (CE) 166/2006, de 18 de enero, se tendrán que comunicar telemáticamente al Registro informático PRTR-España, dentro de los plazos que correspondan, de forma anual.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;-Memoria anual explicativa sobre la metodología empleada para la determinación de los datos notificados al registro PRTR España (en formato papel y formato digital).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.El Órgano Ambiental encargado de tramitar las AAI enviará a cada Dirección general o administración competente la documentación de la que tenga competencias.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Toda la información que sea susceptible de tratamiento informático se aportará en papel y en formato informático estándar.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se recuerda que se tiene que modificar la tabla de consumos anuales de materias primeras, de forma que se adapte a la mezcla real de fuel y biomasa que ahora se utiliza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El presente acuerdo se entiende sin el perjuicio de la obtención de las otras autorizaciones, licencias o permisos que, en su caso, sean exigibles, así como de la actualización del Plan de Autoprotección a la DG de Interior, Emergencias y Justicia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Pleno de la Comisión de Medio Ambiente de las Illes Balears en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo contencioso administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación del acuerdo, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
