    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En fecha 8 de noviembre de 2012, el Ple del Consell Insular de Mallorca aprobó inicialmente la modificación del artículo cuarto y la disposición final de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por los servicios de inspección técnica de vehíuclos para el año 2013, publicada en el Boletín oficial de las Islas Baleares, número 170, de dia 17 de noviembre de 2012, en uno de los periódicos de mayor difusión de la comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares y expuesta al público en el tablón de anuncios del Consell de Mallorca durante el plazo de treinta días hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Habiendo transcurrido el plazo de treinta días de exposición pública previsto en el acuerdo de aprobación inicial, en cumplimiento del artículo 17.1 del Real Decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, y no habiéndose presentado reclamaciones, este acuerdo queda elevado a definitivo, de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 17.3 del Real Decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Suplemento para la inspección fuera del horario de trabajo:su precio se incrementará en un 25% (sólo se podrán realizar fuera del horario de trabajo a petición del interesado).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para la segunda inspección de comprobación de la corrección de los defectos observados en la inspección periódica con resultado desfavorable, se abonarà una tasa del 30% de la primera, siempre que el plazo de presentación del vehículo no sea superior a dos meses; en este caso se procederá a realizar una inspección completa del vehículo, abonando el 100% de la tasa correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el caso que el resultado de la inspección sea desfavorable, y que los defectos observados no obliguen a pasar por la línea de inspección para comprobar su corrección, y no sean más de 4 defectos graves, se concedrá un plazo máximo de 7días hábiles para poder pasar la segunda inspección sin abonar tasas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En las inspecciones periódicas a tractores y remolques agrícolas se aplicará la tasa de despalazamiento [&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;P = 53,71€ + (n-1) * 5,38€&lt;/span&gt;], cuando sea necesario, limitando su importe a&amp;nbsp; 7,79€ como máximo por vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las tasas caducarán al año de la fecha de apertura de los expedientes que las motivan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A estas tarifas se añadirá el IVA cuando los servicios los preste el concesionario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presente Ordenanza, que fue aprobada inicialmente por el Consell de Mallorca, en sessió de dia&amp;nbsp; 8 de noveimbre de 2012, entrará en vigor el mismo día que se publique en el BOIB, serà de aplicación a partir de dia 1 de enero de 2013 y permanecerá en vigor hasta su modificación o derogación expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;]]</env:contingut>
