    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aprobado por acuerdo de junta de gobierno local ordinaria de día 4 de diciembre de 2012&amp;nbsp; el pliego de condiciones económico-administrativas que ha de regir la contratación del&amp;nbsp; “servicio de recogida y acogida de animales domésticos en el municipio de Pollença.” se expone al público por un plazo de diez días naturales a contar a partir del día siguiente al anuncio de este edicto en el BOIB para que se puedan presentar reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Simultáneamente se anuncia la licitación, si bien condicionado al que dispone el artículo 188.3 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes&amp;nbsp; Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
