&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Asunto: notificación mediante BOI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que no ha sido posible notificar el acuerdo sancionador por incumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 26.1 de la Ordenanza Municipal de Limpieza, se procede a su notificación de acuerdo con lo que determina el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/92 de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común a la persona que se detalla en el anexo, haciendo constar que con esta publicación se le notifica que se ha dictado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Decreto de Alcaldía número 2012-0606, de fecha 20 de septiembre de 2012, por el que se resuelve:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Primero. Sancionar al señor &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%"&gt;
  &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;, con una multa de 200 euros, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;como presunto responsable de una falta de carácter leve por incumplimiento de lo establecido en el artículo 17.1.1 de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;la Ordenanza Municipal de Limpieza, pu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;blicada en el BOIB de fecha 29 de mayo de 2001, que establece que «queda totalmente prohibido tirar o abandonar en la vía pública cualquier objeto, tanto si es sólido, líquido como gaseoso. Los pequeños residuos, como papeles, colillas, envolturas y similares se depositarán en las papeleras correspondientes».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segundo. Notificar la presente Resolución al interesado.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se le notifica el acuerdo establecido y la liquidación emitida, así como los plazos para efectuar el ingreso, de acuerdo con el art. 62 de la Ley 58/2003 General Tributaria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.Si la notificación se recibe entre los días 1 y 15 de cada mes: desde la fecha de notificación hasta el día 20 del mes siguiente o, si este no fuera hábil, hasta el inmediato hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Si la notificación se recibe entre los días 16 y último de cada mes: desde la fecha de notificación hasta el día 5 del segundo mes posterior o, si este no fuera hábil, hasta el inmediato hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si una vez transcurridos los plazos mencionados no se hubiera efectuado el ingreso, se incurrirá en el recargo ejecutivo del 5 % y se iniciará el procedimiento de apremio con el recargo, los intereses de demora y las costas que procedan (art. 28, 163 y siguientes de la Ley 58/2003 General Tributaria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cómo efectuar el ingreso. El ingreso podrá efectuarse en la oficina de Recaudación de este Ayuntamiento, en la calle de La Sala, núm. 5, o en cualquier oficina de la Caja de Ahorros y Pensiones de Barcelona &amp;quot;la Caixa&amp;quot;, Caja de Ahorros de Baleares &amp;quot;Sa Nostra&amp;quot;, Banca March, BBVA, BSCH, Banco de Crédito Balear o CAM, indicando el número de expediente y el nombre de la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Recursos. Contra esta Resolución podrá interponerse recurso de reposición ante la Alcaldesa en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de su notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 14 del Texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales (Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Todo ello, conforme a lo establecido en los artículos &lt;/span&gt;42.4 y 42.5 en relación con el artículo 44.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, según redacción dada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, de modificación de la anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
