    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Transcurrido el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;plazo de treinta días&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de exposición&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;pública de la modificación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de la ordenanza fiscal&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;reguladora del Impuesto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de Bienes Inmuebles,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;sin que se haya&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;presentado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;ninguna reclamación,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;el acuerdo de aprobación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;provisional&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de la citada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;modificación se ha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;convertido en definitivo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;en virtud&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de lo establecido&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;en el art.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;17.3 del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;RD Legislativo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;2/2004 de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Refundido de la Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Reguladora de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Se transcribe&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;a continuación el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;texto íntegro&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de dicha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;modificación,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;en función&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de lo previsto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;en el art.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;17.4 del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;R.D&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Legislativo 2/2004:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;«Art.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;br /&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;1.El&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;tipo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de gravamen del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;aplicable a los bienes&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de naturaleza urbana&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;queda fijado en el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;0&amp;apos;42% »&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Contra este acuerdo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;se puede&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;interponer Recurso&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Contencioso-Administrativo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;en la forma y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;plazos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;señalados en las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;normas reguladoras&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de dicha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Jurisdicción,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;de conformidad con lo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;previsto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;en el art.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;19.1 del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;RD Legislativo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;2/2004 de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Refundido de la Ley&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Reguladora de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
