&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;TIPO DE CONTRATO&lt;/span&gt;: &lt;strong&gt;Servicios.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;OBJETO&lt;/span&gt;: &lt;strong&gt;Servicios de administración, operación y desarrollo del sistema de gestión de identidades del IB-Salut.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;ÓRGANO DE CONTRATACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;: Directora General del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;En fecha 12 de diciembre de 2012 se ha celebrado la Mesa de contratación del expediente de referencia correspondiente a la apertura de la documentación general. En dicha sesión se han detectado&amp;nbsp; una serie de incoherencias entre el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas y el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas por lo que la Mesa ha acordado proponer la retroacción del expediente al momento de aprobación de los Pliegos a fin de corregir las incoherencias detectadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Por ello y a fin de garantizar el principio de transparencia,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;PRIMERO.- Retrotraer el expediente al momento de aprobación de los Pliegos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;SEGUNDO.- Devolver la documentación y las ofertas presentadas a los licitadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span&gt;TERCERO.- Publicar esta Resolución en los mismos medios en los que se publicó el anuncio de licitación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
