&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dª SILVIA MARTÍNEZ POMAR, Secretaria del Juzgado de 1ª Instancia nº 23 de Palma de Mallorca, hago saber que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En este órgano judicial se tramita JUICIO VERBAL 507/2012, seguido a instancias de&amp;nbsp; AMER BELLAVISTA SL, contra JOAQUÍN JIMÉNEZ MARTÍNEZ, en el que se ha dictado la resolución cuyo ENCABEZAMIENTO y FALLO son del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a&amp;nbsp; tres de diciembre de dos mil doce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vistos por Dª. SONIA I. VIDAL FERRER, Magistrado del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 23 de los de esta Ciudad y su Partido, los presentes autos nº 507/12 de Juicio Verbal &lt;strong&gt;en reclamación de cantidad derivada de contrato de arrendamiento &lt;/strong&gt;seguidos en este Juzgado a instancia de AMER BELLAVISTA, SL representada por la Procuradora Mª. DEL CARMEN GAYÁ y asistida por la Letrado CATALINA RAMIS contra JOAQUÍN JIMÉNEZ MARTÍNEZ, en rebeldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SE&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;ESTIMA &lt;/strong&gt;la demanda interpuesta por la&amp;nbsp; Procuradora Mª. DEL CARMEN GAYA en nombre y representación de AMER BELLAVISTA SL contra JOAQUÍN JIMÉNEZ MARTÍNEZ y &lt;strong&gt;CONDENO&lt;/strong&gt; al demandado al pago de la cantidad de 3.226’05€, más los intereses legales, y al pago de las costas judiciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución se podrá interponer recurso de apelación, interponiéndolo&amp;nbsp; en el plazo de veinte días a partir del siguiente a su notificación ante este Juzgado. Para ello, deberá consignar el importe de 50 € de conformidad a la DA 15 de la LOPJ, según redacción por LO 1/09 de 4 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para recurrir deberá consignar el importe de las cantidades reclamadas conforme al art. 449 LEC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, de la que se expedirá testimonio en autos, para unir el original al Libro de Sentencias del Juzgado, definitivamente juzgado en primera instancia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo. &lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.- &lt;/strong&gt;Leída y publicada fue la anterior sentencia por el Juez que la suscribe, estando celebrado en audiencia pública el mismo día de su pronunciamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación a D. JOAQUÍN JIMÉNEZ MARTÍNEZ, extiendo el presente &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
