   &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;. representada por 
   &lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;– por ausencia, desconocido o ignorando el parador del interesado – la resolución de inicio de expediente de caducidad, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se procede a notificar mediante inserción del presente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en el Tablón de edictos del Ayuntamiento correspondiente a su último domicilio, la siguiente notificación de resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;&amp;nbsp;“NOTIFICACIÓN&amp;nbsp; DE RESOLUCIÓN DE LA REGIDURIA DE URBANISME NÚM. 2732/2012 DE INICIO EXPEDIENTE DE CADUCIDAD.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Conforme con lo dispuesto el artículo 192.2 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, le comunico que el Regidor del área de Urbanismo en fecha de 19 de octubre de 2012, ha dictaminado la siguiente Resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;En virtud de las delegaciones de competencias hacia esta Regiduría de Urbanismo otorgadas por el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1253/2011 de fecha 14 de junio de 2011 y a la vista del informe jurídico emitido por el asesor jurídico de urbanismo de esta área en fecha 28 de abril de 2011 y el informe del arquitecto técnico municipal de fecha 15 de abril de 2011, por Decreto núm. 1094/2012 de fecha 27 de abril de 2012, se Decretó el INICIO DEL EXPEDIENTE DE CADUCIDAD DE LA LICENCIA DE OBRA MAYOR MA 57/2005 a nombre de LIJ INVESTMENT AND RESORT DE BALEARES, S.L.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;VISTO que de acuerdo con lo que prevé el articulo 84.2 de la LRJPAC, los interesados no han presentado alegaciones en el plazo de 10 días, a contar desde el día siguiente de la fecha de la notificación de la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;CONSIDERANDO que se ha seguido el procedimiento legalmente establecido con total garantía de los derechos que asisten a todos los administrados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Por todo lo anterior,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Caducar la LICENCIA DE OBRA MA 57/2005 a nombre de LIJ INVESTMENT AND RESORT DE BALEARES, S.L.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;Que la resolución se notifique a los interesados dando cuenta de los recursos que le asisten, adjuntando como motivación de la presente resolución, el informe jurídico de fecha 28 de abril de 2011 y el informe del arquitecto técnico municipal de fecha 15 de abril de 2011.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Lo que comunico para su conocimiento y efectos, y se señala que contra la presente resolución se podrá interponer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;a)En el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente de la presente notificación, recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano. Pasado un mes desde la presentación del recurso sin que se haya resuelto expresamente y sin que se haya notificado, se entenderá desestimado, y se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses a partir del día siguiente de la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;b) En el plazo de dos meses a partir del día siguiente de la recepción de la presente notificación, recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, excepto si se ha&amp;nbsp; interpuesto recurso potestativo de reposición, caso en que se tendrá que esperar a su resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Todo eso sin perjuicio que puedan interponer cualquier otro recurso que se estime procedente en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
