    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el pasado día 26 de septiembre de 2012, acordó aprobar inicialmente y en el supuesto de que no se produzcan alegaciones en el período de información pública también definitivamente el Reglamento y normas de uso de las instalaciones deportivas de Llucmajor y el Arenal, y, publicado el Anuncio en el BOIB número 160 de 30 de octubre de 2012, no se ha formulado ninguna reclamación contra el mencionado acuerdo, durante el plazo de exposición por espacio de 30 días, por lo que el acuerdo de aprobación es definitivo, de tal modo que el texto íntegro del reglamento quedará redactado como sigue:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;REGLAMENTO Y NORMAS DE USO INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS MUNICIPALES DE LLUCMAJOR Y S’ARENAL &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;CAPÍTULO I. OBJETO Y ÁMBITO DE APLICACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 1. Objeto &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El presente Reglamento tiene por objeto la regulación de las condiciones de uso de las Instalaciones Polideportivas Municipales de Llucmajor y del Arenal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 2. Ámbito espacial de aplicación &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las normas del presente Reglamento se aplicarán sobre las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales que están integradas en los siguientes espacios y salas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Instalaciones Municipales de Llucmajor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Campos de Fútbol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Salas y pistas polideportivas polivalentes: con posibilidad de hacer dos o tres divisiones (Pabellón Polideportivo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Pista exterior de baloncesto y hockey.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Pistas de tenis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vestuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Zona exterior y espacios verdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Parking.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Grada y otros espacios para el público. Se aplicarán, así mismo, sobre cualquier otro espacio o sala creados posteriormente a la aprobación del presente Reglamento. Determinados espacios, si sus características especiales lo aconsejan, pueden disfrutar de un régimen especial y diferente del resto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Instalaciones Municipales de S’Arenal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Campos de Fútbol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Sala y pista polideportiva polivalente: con posibilidad de hacer dos o tres divisiones (Pabellón Polideportivo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Pistas de petanca interiores y exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vestuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Zona exterior y espacios verdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Parking.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Grada y otros espacios para el público. Se aplicarán, así mismo, sobre cualquiera otro espacio o sala creados posteriormente a la aprobación del presente Reglamento. Determinados espacios, si sus características especiales lo aconsejan, pueden disfrutar de un régimen especial y diferente del resto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 3. Ámbito personal de aplicación. Los usuarios &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.1. Este Reglamento es de obligado cumplimiento para todos los usuarios de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales de Llucmajor y de S’Arenal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.2. Son usuarios de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales de Llucmajor y de S’Arenal las entidades y clubes deportivos o los particulares que utilicen estas instalaciones para la práctica deportiva y, excepcionalmente, para otras actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Distinguiremos los tipos de usuarios siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Miembros de Entidades y/o clubes deportivos legalmente constituidos con convenio con el Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor y que han sido declarados como Entidades de Interés Municipal: son aquellas personas vinculadas a estas entidades o clubes que, por medio de un convenio, hacen uso del pabellón. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Otros deportistas: Individuales o colectivos que no pertenecen a ninguna entidad o club deportivo o que siendo miembros de un club o entidad, éste no ha sido declarado de interés municipal. Entre otro, por ejemplo los grupos escolares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Público: son aquellas personas que no participan en las actividades deportivas y que hacen uso de los espacios habilitados por estas personas: grada y servicios. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;CAPÍTULO II. NORMAS GENERALES &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En cada espacio se podrá practicar la modalidad deportiva para la cual esté específicamente destinada, como también las que técnicamente sean posibles. En ocasiones determinadas se podrán utilizar las instalaciones del Pabellón Polideportivo Municipal para actividades especiales de carácter no deportivo y/o recreativo, siempre con la autorización expresa de la Concejalía de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 5 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales están abiertas al público y, por lo tanto, pueden hacer uso de ellas entidades y/o clubes deportivos, centros docentes y otros colectivos, así como también ciudadanos a título individual. Este uso está condicionado a la disponibilidad del espacio y será la Concejalía de Deportes quien dará autorización de uso a aquellas personas, entidades, clubes y colectivos que lo hayan solicitado previamente por escrito mediante instancia general presentada en el Registro del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta instancia tendrá que contemplar obligatoriamente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Datos de la entidad, club o colectivo que lo solicita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Datos de la persona que representa al grupo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Motivo de la solicitud indicando: nombre que recibe la actividad, horario, necesidades materiales, técnicas o especiales. (Existe un modelo de instancia general que se puede adquirir en cualquier oficina municipal).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Autorización de uso y acceso a las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En ningún caso se darán autorizaciones de uso de espacios por un periodo superior a 1 temporada. Las entidades que quieran utilizar algún espacio de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales por una temporada más, tendrán que renovar la solicitud para recibir la pertinente autorización antes de que expire el plazo establecido, no generando ningún derecho adquirido en el tiempo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las autorizaciones se tendrán que presentar a los operarios de la instalación u otros responsables municipales, por propia iniciativa o cuando estos las requieran. Y la Concejalía de Deportes facilitará también a los operarios el cuadrante definitivo con los horarios establecidos de todas aquellas entidades que lo hayan solicitado y se les haya concedido la utilización del espacio. La Concejalía de Deportes será&amp;nbsp; la encargada de asignar y repartir los espacios en función de las solicitudes recibidas y siempre intentando repartir los espacios de uso de manera equitativa entre todas las entidades solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las autorizaciones se considerarán con la exclusiva finalidad de realizar la actividad prevista en la solicitud, la cual no podrá exceder de la duración determinada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cualquier modificación en el horario o uso reservado se tendrá que notificar a la Concejalía de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor con un mínimo de 15 días de anticipación, exceptuando causas de fuerza mayor, y bajo el criterio de la misma Concejalía se dará el visto bueno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si, reiteradamente, el usuario colectivo no utiliza las horas reservadas, dará pie a la anulación, previo proceso informativo, de su autorización para utilizar el espacio que tenga reservado de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cuotas y pagos en concepto de alquiler y otros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Sólo los clubes declarados como “Entidades de Interés Municipal” no tienen que abonar cuotas en concepto de alquiler o uso de las zonas deportivas municipales. Los clubes, entidades que no han sido declarados de interés municipal se tendrán que someter a los precios reglados por Ordenanza Deportiva Municipal, teniendo que abonar las cuotas establecidas previamente al uso del espacio concedido. Igualmente, los particulares que quieran hacer uso de estos espacios también tendrán que asumir dichas tasas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Utilización por actividades deportivas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tipo de clubes o entidades deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Existen dos tipos de entidades o clubes deportivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) Club o Entidades legalmente constituidas con estatutos y dadas de alta en el Registro de Asociaciones Deportivas de la Dirección General de Deportes del Gobierno Balear, Consell de Mallorca y/o Federaciones Deportivas relativas a cada deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 36pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) Club o Entidades que aparte de estar legalmente constituidos, han sido también declarados como “Entidades de Interés Municipal” por parte del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los clubes deportivos de competición tendrán que presentar la solicitud por escrito a la Concejalía de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, mediante instancia general debidamente rellenada, entre los meses de junio y julio anterior al inicio de la temporada. Estas entidades tendrán que hacer llegar el calendario de competiciones y la memoria o proyecto para la temporada solicitada, como mínimo 45 días antes de su comienzo. Y del mismo modo todas estas entidades estarán obligadas a informar a la Concejalía de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor de cualquier cambio a su Junta Directiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los clubes declarados como “Entidad de Interés Municipal” no tendrán que abonar cuotas en concepto de alquiler para utilizar el espacio solicitado, si así se contempla en la Ordenanza Fiscal correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los clubes que no han sido declarados como “Entidad de Interés Municipal” tendrán que abonar las cuotas establecidas a la Ordenanza Municipal Deportiva. Igualmente los usuarios particulares u otras entidades se tendrán que acoger a la normativa de pagos que figura en la Ordenanza Deportiva Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si dos clubes deportivos de competición o más proyectan utilizar el mismo espacio e idéntica franja horaria, la Concejalía de Deportes los advertirá de la coincidencia y estos tendrán que establecer contactos entre sí para resolverla. La Concejalía de Deportes tendrá que estar al corriente de los cambios acordados. Cualquier problema ocasionado por estas circunstancias será responsabilidad de las entidades solicitantes. En caso de carencia de acuerdo, la decisión corresponderá a la Concejalía de Deportes que tendrá en cuenta, la antigüedad del club en el término municipal de Llucmajor, el número de deportistas que pertenezcan a cada club y que estén empadronados en el término municipal de Llucmajor. En caso de coincidencia con los requisitos anteriormente señalados, tendrá prioridad la primera solicitud que tuvo entrada en el registro general de entrada del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Centros docentes y otros usuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los centros docentes y otros usuarios tendrán que presentar la solicitud de uso y la propuesta de horarios por instancia, antes del mes de julio anterior al inicio de las actividades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Usuarios menores de 16 años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los grupos escolares y otros grupos que pertenezcan a entidades deportivas con usuarios menores de 16 años tendrán que ir acompañados de los responsables que la ley determina para cada grupo específico de menores, los cuales serán los encargados de hacer cumplir todo lo que se refiere a la disciplina del usuario en esta normativa y se harán responsables de cualquier incidencia ocasionada por el grupo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Utilización por actividades no deportivas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las entidades que soliciten el uso de algún espacio de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales para actos especiales (festivales, fiestas, conciertos, ensayos, ...) tendrán que presentar, con 45 días de antelación como mínimo, una solicitud por instancia en la que conste el tipo de actividad, fecha, hora, espacio necesario, el número de asistentes previstos, el precio de entrada (si no es gratuito), el presupuesto de la actividad y el material o necesidades solicitadas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el caso que la Concejalía de Deportes autorice el acto, la organización habrá de abonar el precio público establecido en la Ordenanza Fiscal aprobada por el Ayuntamiento y, previamente a la utilización del espacio en cuestión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los posibles desperfectos de los bienes del Pabellón Polideportivo Municipal serán responsabilidad de la organización de la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Para cada caso incluido en este artículo se habrá de prever, mediante la aportación de un acuerdo, contrato o convenio entre todas las partes implicadas, los conceptos de limpieza, seguridad, seguros y otros que se consideren necesarios, gastos que en todo caso irán a cargo de la entidad solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Concejalía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de Deportes y el Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor no serán responsables de ningún incidente o accidente que se pueda ocasionar derivado de la práctica deportiva y por tanto, se manifiesta en este apartado la obligación de tener un seguro de responsabilidad para todos los usuarios de las instalaciones y a todos los clubes o entidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Calendario y horarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 16&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Calendario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; El calendario normal de actividades en las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales funcionará por temporadas escolares y/o de competición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se podrá determinar y realizar un programa paralelo de actividad física de verano, Semana Santa, Navidad u otras fechas especiales que así lo consideren de esta forma la Concejalía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Horarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; El horario de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales será de 08’00 a 22’30 horas de lunes a viernes, todas las actividades que se realicen se tendrán que adaptar a este horario, teniendo en cuenta que la hora de salida y de cierre de las puertas es a las 22’30 horas. Los sábados y domingos este horario quedará condicionado en función de las actividades y actos que se puedan celebrar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Concejalía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de Deportes informará a los usuarios del cierre de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales para períodos de vacaciones, festivos, mantenimiento, grandes reparaciones y similares, con un mínimo de 15 días de anticipación siempre que sea posible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 18&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cuadrante de Horarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Los horarios de las actividades que se ofrecen en las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales se fijan por cada temporada, por el Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, a partir de las propuestas presentadas por la entidad deportiva, y se reflejan en el denominado “Cuadrante de horarios”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Cuadrante de Horarios se puede modificar una vez comenzada la temporada correspondiente, siguiendo los mismos trámites que para su elaboración, cuando concurran circunstancias que lo hagan aconsejable y que redunden en beneficio de los usuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Limitaciones de uso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El personal de la Concejalía de Deportes responsable de la Instalación podrá cerrarla por razones de seguridad o climatológicas y cuando se produzcan circunstancias que puedan ocasionar daños físicos a personas y/o desperfectos en las instalaciones, o cualquier causa sobrevenida que haga aconsejable su cierre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los usuarios de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales se comprometen a usar las instalaciones con la debida diligencia y responsabilidad, respetando todos los bienes muebles o inmuebles que la formen. Siendo responsables de cualquier desperfecto ocasionado por ellos mismos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Concejalía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor se reserva el derecho de dejar sin efecto la autorización de uso de una franja horario o más, en casos especiales en que tenga que atender una petición extraordinaria o cuando se trate de actos organizados por este Ayuntamiento. En todo caso se comunicará a los afectados con un mínimo de 10 días de anticipación, en el caso de no ser sobrevenida y, siempre que sea posible, se trasladará la autorización de uso a otro día o a otra franja horaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Prácticas prioritarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 22&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dentro del horario lectivo escolar, preferentemente, tendrán acceso a las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales: las escuelas públicas y concertadas que estén situadas en el municipio y que no dispongan de instalaciones propias adecuadas para la enseñanza de la educación física y las escuelas privadas en las mismas circunstancias mencionadas anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fuera del horario escolar, los espacios de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales estan abiertas al municipio y siempre se dará preferencia a las entidades que tengan convenio firmado con la Concejalía de Deportes y que hayan sido declaradas como “Entidades de Interés Municipal”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Derechos de los usuarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 23&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Todos los usuarios tienen derecho a utilizar las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales siguiendo las normas de este Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 24&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cualquier usuario de un espacio de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales tiene derecho a hacer las reclamaciones y las sugerencias que considere adecuadas con relación al funcionamiento, la gestión y otros conceptos que tenga que ver con la instalación, la cual se hará mediante un escrito dirigido a la Concejalía de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esto se podrá realizar mediante una instancia escrita presentada en el Registro del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Mantenimiento y conservación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 25&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Concejalía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de Deportes, como titular y gestora de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales de Llucmajor y de s’Arenal, ha de velar para mantener las instalaciones en buen estado de uso, con la finalidad que puedan prestar un servicio óptimo a los usuarios y al público durante su utilización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 26&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si mientras utiliza la instalación el usuario se produce algún desperfecto, este lo notificará inmediatamente al centro, entidad o al club del que dependa, el cual lo tendrá que comunicar al encargado de la instalación asignada por la Concejalía de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;También se puede dirigir directamente a la Concejalía de Deportes para informar de cualquier anomalía que haya observado en las instalaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 27 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cualquier usuario que ocasione desperfectos materiales a las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales será directamente responsable si es usuario individual, y, en el caso de ser usuario colectivo, lo será el club o entidad a la que pertenezca. En ambos casos se tendrá que hacer cargo de los gastos que origine el desperfecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;CAPÍTULO III. NORMAS DE USO DE LAS INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS MUNICIPALES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 28&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los usuarios recogerán y ordenarán el material utilizado para la práctica deportiva en el lugar y las condiciones que les indiquen el personal responsable de las instalaciones o en los carteles indicadores colgados al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 29&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No se permitirá la actividad deportiva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Fuera de los espacios designados a tal efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Sin ir convenientemente equipado con indumentaria deportiva y sin seguir la normativa de uso de cada uno de los espacios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Compartir espacios deportivos sin el consentimiento y aprobación de la Concejalía de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Sin previa autorización por parte de la Concejalía de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 30&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los vestuarios podrán ser de uso común o de un solo grupo de acuerdo con la utilización de los diferentes espacios de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 31&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las llaves de los vestuarios serán facilitadas por el personal de la Concejalía de Deportes o del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor y serán responsables el propio club, equipo o entidad y tendrán que ser devueltas al acabar su utilización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 32&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor no se hará responsable, en ningún caso, de los objetos depositados en el interior de los vestuarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 33&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La utilización de vestuarios tendrá una duración máxima de 20 minutos después de finalizar la actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 34&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No se está permitido fumar ni comer en ningún espacio de la instalación, a excepción del bar-cantina. Tampoco se puede entrar vidrio ni comida en los terrenos o pistas de juego.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 35&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Queda prohibida la entrada con zapatos de calle a los siguientes espacios deportivos: Pista polivalente y campos de fútbol. Estos espacios están reservados para la práctica deportiva y por tanto, se tendrá que ir equipado con el vestuario apropiado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;CAPÍTULO V. RÉGIMEN SANCIONADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 36. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tipificación de infracciones y clases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cualquier inobservancia en las disposiciones contenidas en este Reglamento constituyen infracciones administrativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las infracciones administrativas tipificadas en el presente Reglamento se clasifican en graves y leves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tienen carácter de infracción grave las siguientes acciones y omisiones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Utilizar y hacer uso de las instalaciones sin la previa autorización de la Concejalía de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No comunicar al encargado de la instalación asignada por la Concejalía de Deportes la realización de algún desperfecto material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No respectar los horarios y los espacios asignados y establecidos por parte de la Concejalía de Deportes del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cualquier falta de respecto y mal comportamiento cívico, humano y deportivo que se pueda dar dentro de cualquier Instalación Deportiva Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tienen carácter de infracción leve las siguientes acciones u omisiones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No presentar la autorización de uso ante los responsables de control de acceso a la instalación, habiendo sido requeridos por estos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No devolver y/o ordenar el material utilizado para la práctica deportiva en su lugar y condiciones que les indiquen el personal responsable de las instalaciones o en los carteles indicadores colgados al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Practicar una actividad deportiva fuera de los espacios habilitados al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Practicar una actividad deportiva sin ir convenientemente equipado con la indumentaria deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Practicar una actividad deportiva fuera de la franja horaria autorizada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No devolver, el responsable del club o entidad, la llave de los vestuarios facilitadas por el personal de la Concejalía de Deportes o del Ayuntamiento de Llucmajor, al acabar su utilización.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fumar en cualquier espacio cerrado de la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Comer dentro de los pabellones polideportivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Entrar con zapatos de calle a los siguientes espacios: pabellón, pista i campos de fútbol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Exponer elementos de publicidad estática, permanente o no, en el interior o exterior del Pabellón sin previa autorización por escrito del Departamento de Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cualquier otra infracción de las disposiciones contenidas en este Reglamento no calificadas expresamente como infracción grave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 37. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Sanciones y graduación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La comisión de las infracciones tipificadas en el artículo anterior serán sancionadas de la siguiente forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a. Con multa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Infracciones leves: de 30 € a 150 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Infracciones graves: de 151 € a 600 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b. Con la anulación de la autorización concedida: la reiteración en la comisión de la misma infracción leve por dos veces en un período de dos (2) meses consecutivos, o de dos infracciones graves, aunque no se trate de la misma, en un período de cuatro (4) meses, llevará de forma automática la anulación de la autorización de uso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 18pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En caso de anulación de autorización por reincidencia en los términos señalados en el apartado b) del presente artículo, el responsable no podrá tramitar nueva autorización de uso hasta el inicio de la siguiente temporada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c. Abandono de la instalación: cualquier usuario o espectador que manifieste un comportamiento contrario a esta normativa, o que no respecte las personas o cosas que se encuentren en ese momento en las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales, será invitado a abandonar la instalación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 18pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si el usuario o las entidades responsables de estos comportamiento en las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales tienen convenio firmado con el Ayuntamiento, se podrá anular la autorización de uso, en atención a la mayor o menor gravedad de los hechos, apreciados por la Concejalía de Deportes. Estas infracciones se tendrán en cuenta a otros efectos, tales como por ejemplo la concesión de subvenciones deportivas, otras ayudas económicas y hasta el punto de organizar cualquier tipo de actos deportivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La imposición de la multa se hará de acuerdo con los criterios de atenuación y agravamiento siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Trascendencia social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Comportamiento abusivo del infractor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cuantía global de la operación que ha sido objeto de la infracción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cuantía del posible beneficio ilícito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 38&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Competencia y procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Es competencia de la Alcaldía y de la Concejalía de Deportes del Ayuntamiento adoptar las resoluciones de imposición de sanciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El procedimiento para la imposición de las sanciones es el recogido en la normativa vigente del procedimiento administrativo.&lt;/span&gt;”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
