&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Primero. Transcurrido el plazo de exposición pública del acuerdo adoptado por el Ayuntamiento Pleno en sesión ordinaria de fecha 20 de septiembre de 2012 sobre la aprobación provisional de la ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa para la ejecución del Plan de Usos de Sa Comuna y no habiéndose presentado reclamaciones, se eleva a definitivo el citado acuerdo conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 17.3 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segundo. El texto íntegro de la Ordenanza se publicará en el BOIB, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo 17.4 del RDL 2/2004.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tercero. Contra el presente acuerdo definitivo de la Ordenanza Fiscal, los interesados podrán interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación del presente acuerdo en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;b&gt;ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA &lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;PARA LA EJECUCIÓN DEL PLAN DE USOS DE SA COMUNA.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Artículo 1. Fundamento y naturaleza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Haciendo uso de las facultades concedidas por los artículos 133.2 i 142 de la Constitución y por el artículo 106 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, y de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 15 a 19 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, este Ayuntamiento establece la tasa para la prestación de servicios de centro de día de Bunyola, que se regirá por esta ordenanza fiscal, cuyas normas cumplen lo dispuesto en el artículo 57 del citado RDL 2/2004.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Artículo 2.- Hecho imponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Constituye el hecho imponible de las tasas reguladas en esta Ordenanza la utilización o realización, en el paraje de Sa Comuna, de alguna o varias de las actividades descritas a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;a) Acceso al paraje de Sa Comuna con vehículo a motor y derecho a aparcamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;b) Acampar en la zona acotada del área recreativa de Sa Comuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;c) Utilizar el refugio del área recreativa de Sa Comuna con derecho a leña y zona de torrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;d) Realización de excursiones con ánimo de lucro en el paraje de Sa Comuna de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;e) Organización de pruebas deportivas en el paraje de Sa Comuna de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;f) Realización de excursiones a caballo en el paraje de Sa Comuna de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;g) Realización de actividades didácticas en el paraje de Sa Comuna de Bunyola. Tanto aquellas que incorporen un acompañante del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola, como las que no.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;h) El acceso al paraje de Sa Comuna para la realización de escalada, en cualquiera de sus modalidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;i) El acceso al paraje de Sa Comuna para la realización de vuelo libre, ya sea en parapente o ultra-ligero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;j) La realización de itinerarios organizados y acompañados por un guía del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola. Estos itinerarios podrán ser a pie, en bicicleta o a caballo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Artículo 3.- Sujetos Pasivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Son sujetos pasivos las personas físicas y jurídicas y las entidades a las que se refiere el artículo 35 de la Ley General Tributaria que disfruten, utilicen o aprovechen algún servicio o alguna actividad de las descritas en el artículo 2º. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Artículo 4.- Tarifas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Las cuotas que se han de satisfacer son las que se indican a continuación en el cuadre de tarifas de esta Ordenanza:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. Por el acceso al paraje de Sa Comuna con vehículo a motor i derecho a aparcamiento: 6,00€/vehículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. Por acampar en la zona acotada del área recreativa de Sa Comuna: 3,00€/persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;3. Por la utilización del refugio del área recreativa de Sa Comuna con derecho a leña y zona de torrada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;6,00€/persona&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1,00€/persona para residentes en Bunyola&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;4. Por la realización de excursiones con ánimo de lucro en el paraje de Sa Comuna de Bunyola: 5,00€/persona participante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;5. Por la organización de pruebas deportivas en el paraje de Sa Comuna de Bunyola: 1,00€/participante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;6. Por la realización de excursiones a caballo en el paraje de Sa Comuna de Bunyola: 20,00€/caballo participante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;7. Por la realización de actividades didácticas en el paraje de Sa Comuna de Bunyola. Tanto aquellas que incorporen un acompañante del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola, como las que no:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;5,00€/persona para grupos de más de 5 personas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;0,50€/alumno para grupos de escolares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;8. Por el acceso al paraje de Sa Comuna para la realización de escalada, en cualquiera de sus modalidades: 10,00€/ persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;9. Por el acceso al paraje de Sa Comuna para la realización de vuelo libre, ja sea en parapente o ultra-ligero: 10,00€/persona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;10. Por la realización de itinerarios organizados y acompañados por un guía del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Itinerarios a pie: 10,00€/persona&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Itinerarios en bicicleta: 10,00€/persona&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Itinerarios a caballo: 30,00€/persona&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Artículo 5.- Normas de gestión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. Los interesados en disfrutar de la utilización o la realización de alguna de las actividades descritas en esta Ordenanza deberán presentar, en las oficinas municipales, la correspondiente solicitud donde informen de la utilización o realización de la actividad que pidan, y deberán adjuntar: fotocopia del DNI o NIF en vigor del responsable o entidad responsable con una lista detallada, nombre y DNI de los participantes en las actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. Los sujetos pasivos serán responsables del buen uso de los bienes públicos municipales, y en los supuestos de destrucción o deterioro de estos bienes públicos estarán obligados al reintegro del coste total de los respectivos gastos de reconstrucción, reparación o restitución, quedando estos documentados en el expediente, que, a tal efecto, se instruirá, quedando obligado el sujeto pasivo al deposito previo del importe de la valoración provisional que recaiga. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Artículo 6.- Obligación al pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. La obligación de pago de esta tasa nace en el momento de solicitar la utilización o la realización de alguna de las actividades descritas en la presente ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. El pago de la tasa se realizará mediante ingreso directo en la recaudación municipal antes de utilizar o realizar las actividades solicitadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Artículo 7.- Exenciones y bonificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. Se establece una bonificación del 100% de la tasa para todos los residentes en el municipio de Bunyola en los siguientes supuestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;a) Acceso al paraje de Sa Comuna con vehículo a motor y derecho a aparcamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;b) Acampar en la zona acotada del área recreativa de Sa Comuna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;c) Realización de excursiones a caballo en el paraje de Sa Comuna de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;d) Acceso al paraje de Sa Comuna para la realización de escalada, en cualquiera de sus modalidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;e) Acceso al paraje de Sa Comuna para la realización de vuelo libre, ya sea en parapente o ultra-ligero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;2. Se establece una bonificación del 50% de la tasa para todos los residentes en el municipio de Bunyola para la realización de itinerarios organizados y acompañados por un guía del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola. Estos itinerarios podrán ser a pie, en bicicleta o a caballo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;3. Se establece una bonificación del 100% de la tasa a aquellas entidades o asociaciones, sin ánimo de lucro, que estén legalmente constituidas y figuren inscritas en el Registro Municipal de Entidades y Asociaciones del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola, en los siguientes supuestos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;a) Organización de pruebas deportivas en el paraje de Sa Comuna de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;b) Realización de excursiones a caballo en el paraje de Sa Comuna de Bunyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;c) Acceso al paraje de Sa Comuna para la realización de vuelo libre, ya sea en parapente o utra-ligero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presente Ordenanza Fiscal, entrará en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB, y estará en vigor hasta su modificación o derogación expresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
