&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CEDULA DE NOTIFICACION&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el procedimiento de referencia se ha dictado la resolución del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca a cinco de Noviembre del año dos mil doce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vistos&amp;nbsp; por Dª. CLARA BESA RECASENS, Magistrado-Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia num. Ocho de esta Ciudad y su Partido Judicial, los autos seguidos en el Juicio Ordinario 35/2012 , promovido por BANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA ARGENTARIA S.A , representada en Juicio por el Procurador de los Tribunales Dº. Francisco Javier Delgado Truyols, y asistido por el Letrado Dº. Joseph Masot Tejedor , en ejercicio de una acción de&amp;nbsp; reclamación de cantidad dirigida contra&amp;nbsp; los&amp;nbsp; demandados D º. ANTONIO SALAS COMAS, Dº ANTONIO SALAS POL&amp;nbsp; y la sociedad SALOP PALMA S.L , declarados en situación de rebeldía procesal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESTIMAR&lt;/strong&gt; íntegramente la demanda presentada por el Procurador de los Tribunales Javier Delgado Truyols , en nombre y representación de BANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA ARGENTARIA S.A, condenando a los demandados en rebeldía Dº. ANTONIO SALAS COMAS, Dº. ANTONIO SALAS POL y&amp;nbsp; a la sociedad SALOP PALMA S.L a pagar a la actora el importe de doce mil doscientos sesenta y seis euros y ochenta y siete céntimos ( 12266,87 &amp;nbsp;€) , más los intereses moratorios hasta la fecha de la sentencia y los intereses de mora procesal a partir de dicha fecha hasta el efectivo pago ,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; con expresa imposición de las costas causadas en la presente instancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, la pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp; LA MAGISTRADA-JUEZ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Modo de Impugnación: Notifíquese a las partes la presente resolución, informándolas que contra esta sentencia cabe recurso de apelación dentro de los veinte días siguientes a su notificación, que se interpondrá ante este órgano judicial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de D. ANTONIO SALAS COMAS, D. ANTONIO SALAS POL Y ENTIDAD SALOP PALMA S.L., se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
