&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra este acto, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, las personas interesadas podrán interponer recurso de reposición, con carácter potestativo, o impugnarlo directamente delante la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa, sin perjuicio de cualquier otra acción o recurso que estime conveniente en defensa de sus derechos. Si opta por la interposición del recurso de reposición, se hará delante la Junta de Gobierno Local, órgano municipal que dictó el acto, y en el termino de un mes, desde el día siguiente de esta publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La interposición impedirá, hasta su resolución expresa o desestimación presunta, la utilización de la vía contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El recurso se tendrá que resolver y notificar en el termino de un mes, y se entenderá desestimada en caso contrario, quedando expedita la vía contenciosa administrativa. Si interpone directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, se hará delante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca, en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente de esta publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
