    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span id="result_box" lang="es"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;El Ayuntamiento Pleno, en la sesión 2012/11, de 15 de noviembre, adoptó los siguientes acuerdos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;1.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Acordar la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;incoación de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;expediente de declaración de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;parcela sobrante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, con la correspondiente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;desafectación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;bien&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;demanial&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;convirtiéndose en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;bien&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;patrimonial,&lt;/span&gt; de&lt;span class="hps"&gt;l siguiente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;bien&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;demanial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;La finca&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;se encuentra en el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;polígono 7&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;parcela&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;181,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;con referencia catastral&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;07051A007001810000DQ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, inscrita en el&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;registro de la propiedad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Manacor&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;nº 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, n º&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;finca&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;4420&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;libro&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;64,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;tomo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;2718&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;folio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;149,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;inscrita&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;en el inventario&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;bienes en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;el epígrafe 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, n º&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;18.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Justificar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;la oportunidad&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;de la declaración&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;de parcela&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;sobrante y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;correlativa&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;desafectación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;por su&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;reducida&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;extensión,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;forma irregular y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;emplazamiento,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;que hacen que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;no resulte&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;susceptible&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;de un uso&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;adecuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Exponer&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;al público&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;el expediente por&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;un plazo de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;30 días&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;en el tablón de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;edictos del ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Si dentro de este&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;plazo no&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;se presentan&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;reclamaciones se entenderá&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;acordada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;definitivamente la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;desafectación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;5.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Reflejar en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;el inventario&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;la alteración&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;de la calificación jurídica&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;del bien&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;y solicitar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;el registro de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;la propiedad que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;proceda a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;dejar constancia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;de este cambio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;mediante los correspondientes&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;asientos o&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;anotaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;6.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Llevar a cabo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;el acto de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;recepción formal&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;del bien&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;inmueble&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;desafectado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, en&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;cumplimiento del artículo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;8.3 del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;RBEL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;7.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Una vez la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;desafectación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;se entienda&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;acordada&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;definitivamente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;proceder&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;por el órgano competente&lt;/span&gt; a &lt;span class="hps"&gt;la tramitación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;de la adjudicación de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;la parcela&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;sobrante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
