    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se hace público que la Comisión de Gobierno de este Consell Insular, en sesión ordinaria de 19 de noviembre de 2012, adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Aprobar el establecimiento del precio público para la actividad de venta del cómic&lt;i&gt; &lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt;La&lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt; &lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt;cova&lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt; &lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt;des&lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt; &lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt;Mussol&lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt; &lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt;con&lt;/i&gt; la tarifa siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SEGUNDO. Señalar que tienen la obligación de pagar este precio público las personas que adquieran el mencionado cómic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;TERCERO. Este precio público debe satisfacerse en el momento de la prestación de la actividad, de manera que no se entregará el cómic sin acreditarse el correspondiente pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;CUARTO. En el supuesto de falta de pago de este precio público, su importe podrá exigirse por el procedimiento de apremio y los actos que se deriven se adaptarán a lo previsto en el Reglamento general de recaudación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;QUINTO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;fin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;facilitar la divulgación de este material cultural y de interés público se establece la reducción del 35% en el importe del precio público de las publicaciones editadas cuando el sujeto pasivo acredite ser persona jurídica o física con el objeto o finalidad de distribución y venta de libros; del mismo modo, también gozarán de esta reducción las asociaciones con las cuales estén directamente relacionados los libros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
