&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en virtud de lo acordado en los autos de referencia, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 156.4 y 164 de la L.E.C. por el presente se notifica a TONI SASTRE CB MECANICA INDUSTRIAL Y AGRICOLA Y MARGARITA SEGUI SALOM la sentencia cuyo encabezamiento y fallo es del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA N° 151/2012&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Palma, a 7 de septiembre de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dña. Mª. del Pilar Anguita Mata, Magistrado­Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº. 9 de Palma de Mallorca, ha dictado la siguiente sentencia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Habiendo visto los autos promovidos por ARTIC CAT GMBH y ARTIC CAT ESPANA S.L., representadas por la Procuradora Dña. Cristina Sampol Schenk y defendidas por el Letrado D. Juan Luís Mariano Romero contra TONI SASTRE CB MECANICA INDUBTRIAL Y AGRICOLA y Dña. MARGARITA SEGUI SALOM, en situación procesal de rebeldía, sobre reclamación de cantidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESTIMAR&lt;/strong&gt; la demanda formulada por ARTIC CAT GMBH y ARTIC CAT ESPANA S.L. contra TONI SASTRE CB MECANICA INDUSTRIAL. Y AGRÍCOLA y Dña. MARGARITA SEGUI SALOM, &lt;strong&gt;condenándolas&lt;/strong&gt; al pago de 26.306’20 euros, mas los intereses legales sobre la misma que procedan conforme a la fundamentación jurídica de esta resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Con imposición de las costas del procedimiento al condenado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes esta sentencia, contra la que podrán interponer RECURSO DE APELACION en ambos efectos dentro de los VEINTE DIAS siguientes a su notificación con arreglo a lo prevenido en el artº. 468 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil 1/2000 de 7 de Enero y su Disposición Transitoria Segunda Este recurso no se admitirá si no se acredita una consignación de 50 euros en la Cuenta de Depósitos de este Juzgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Llévese testimonio de la presente a los autos de su razón con archivo de la original en el Libro de Sentencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, juzgando definitivamente en primera instancia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.- Leída y publicada que ha sido la anterior sentencia por el mismo Juez que la ha dictado en audiencia publica y en el día de la fecha. Doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de TONI SASTRE MECANICA INDUSTRIAL Y AGRICOLA Y MARGARITA SEGUI SALOM, se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
