&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En aplicación del artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, debido a que no se ha conseguido notificar a través del servicio de Correos la resolución correspondiente al expediente sancionador por presunta infracción en materia de incendios que se indica a continuación, se notifica por medio de este anuncio a la persona que se señala continuación, que se ha dictado la Resolución de inicio del procedimiento sancionador correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El expediente está a disposición de la persona interesada en la Dirección General de Medio Natural, Educación Ambiental y Cambio Climático de la Consejería de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio del Gobierno de las Islas Baleares (c. &lt;a href="http://www.caib.es/govern/organigrama/planol.do?coduo=3184&amp;amp;lang=ca"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;Gremio de Corredores, 10, polígono de Son Rossinyol, Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;), de lunes a viernes, de 9 a 14 horas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con el Reglamento del procedimiento a seguir por la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma en ejercicio de la potestad sancionadores, aprobada por el Decreto 14/1994, de 10 de febrero, (BOCAIB núm. 21, de 17/2/1994), las personas interesadas disponen de un plazo de 15 días hábiles, a contar a partir de la publicación de este anuncio, para formular las alegaciones y proponer las pruebas que consideren oportunas. Así mismo, en este plazo pueden reconocer su responsabilidad y pagar el importe de la sanción correspondiente mediante el impreso oficial (modelo 046), que les facilitará la Consejería, la cual cosa determinará la finalización del procedimiento sancionador. En el caso que no formulen alegaciones ni reconozcan la responsabilidad dentro de este plazo, la resolución de inicio podrá ser considerada la propuesta de resolución del expediente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
