    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Intentada sin efecto la notificaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;n con acuse de recibo a los titulares conocidos, por ignorarse el domicilio o no haber hallado en el mismo a los interesados/as, mediante el presente edicto, el cual se realiza tambi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;é&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;n mediante anuncio en el tabl&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;n de edictos del Ayuntamiento, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el art. 11 del RD 320/1994, de 25 de febrero, y de acuerdo con lo que disponen los art&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;culos 59.5) y 59.6) de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, SE NOTIFICA: Que por la Polic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a Local y en virtud de lo establecido en el art. 86 del RDL 339/1990, de 2 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto articulado de la Ley sobre Tr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;fico, Circulaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;n de Veh&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;culos a Motor y seguridad Vial, modificado por la Ley 18/2009, de 23 de noviembre, y art. 3.b) de la Ley 10/1998, de 21 de abril, de Residuos, se ha redactado informe en referencia al presumible estado de abandono en la v&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a p&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;blica por espacio superior a dos meses y en el mismo lugar, de los veh&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;culos que a continuaci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;n se relacionan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Igualmente se le comunica que en el caso de no ser de su inter&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;é&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;s la retirada del veh&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;culo, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;nicamente estar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; libre de responsabilidad administrativa si lo cede a un gestor de residuos autorizado o al Ayuntamiento, en este &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ltimo caso deber&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; presentarse dentro del plazo se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ñ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;alado de 15 d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;as, en las dependencias de la Polic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a Local de Es Castell (telf. 971 36 27 47),&amp;nbsp; para formalizar los tr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;á&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;mites correspondientes, (Art. 33.2) de la Ley 10/1998 de 21 de abril de Residuos). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
